Yeah, I have carpal's too and the controller is so much better, IMO. Also, an occasional 'toke' doesn't hurt, either.

I love my ipega 9021's but they seem not so comfy.
I splurged on an Xbox Pro controller. The racing sticks make thumb movements a lot easier, and my hands cramp less. Also being able to move bar swap to the lower paddles is much more comfortable for me. Doesn't make bar swap happen better, but hey, at least I'm not twisting my hand in an uncomfortable way to do it.
Maybe in march i could try that... ish? around then. those are like 100$+ each? I'll give it a shot thank you.
