Still trying to work out the kinks with my VA paperwork b4 considering going there. Thought i would try some home remedies first.

Same. Also doesn't irritate my carpal tunnel as bad as keyboard either.

Yeah, I have carpal's too and the controller is so much better, IMO. Also, an occasional 'toke' doesn't hurt, either.
Suffer from rheumatoid arthritis, I have Naproxen, vicodin, and two different braces for my hands and one for fingers with tension strings.

ok so what are some of your best controllers for hand comfort?
I love my ipega 9021's but they seem not so comfy.

I have RA, too, my friend. It sucks.
I've found Voltaren topical gel helps with close to the surface joints like the back of the hand. Doesn't do anything for deeper joints and like @SkerKro I need oral meds as well to maintain quality of life.
The gel filled wrist rests for keyboard and mouse help if you use a pc.

Yeah, i have those, mainly due to my art as well. But its moved to more areas as well from hands / wrists to lower back (L5) region, hips and knees. Not even 40 yet lol.

I splurged on an Xbox Pro controller. The racing sticks make thumb movements a lot easier, and my hands cramp less. Also being able to move bar swap to the lower paddles is much more comfortable for me. Doesn't make bar swap happen better, but hey, at least I'm not twisting my hand in an uncomfortable way to do it.
