At this point, customer support should have the tools to fix this, even if it means they have to get a bit creative. So, just hang in there.

@starkerealm ... I truly enjoy this game and the community so it is a downer. I will take that risk and play on another character... I will not work on builds or anything just in case they have to rollback. Thanks for your kind words
UPDATE: I had to go to Twitter to Bethesda Support to get any type of answer. This was their Answer.
Greetings, I can confirm for you that your ticket is in the correct queue and you will receive a response as soon as it has been reviewed by an agent. Please keep in mind that repeated responses will affect your position in the queue.
It is officially 5 days I've been waiting for this to be fixed or get ANY word what so ever on this ticket. Also, it does not say on the support ticket that if you say anything (update it with screenshots, reports, questions) you will refresh the queue.
Totally heartless, unfair, and unethical.
Crossing fingers they heard about this issue, patched it with this update so that my horror story will end.
