    @starkerealm I agree, it needs to be addressed, quickly.

    I just know if I was in Mishmash spot, I'd want as much help as I could get. As fast as I could get it.

    If it happened to me and the response or lack of was the same as op's, I would honestly quit as I'd feel I wasn't valued as a customer.
    I just hope it doesnt happen to more people or become a common bug.

    I had this bug and wrote to support so they IGNORED me and i just lvl up again the lines. 49 rank without vigor yeah.

    Dang, still not fixed it seems. Have a free bump then, hope it gets the attention it needs.

    I couldn't imagine having to level up the ranks again, I'm not even at level 10 on my main yet, trying to get it there eventually to finally have all skill lines maxed, it's the last ones. It's taking forever as I'm not much a PvP'r, I just do battlegrounds from time to time, so to think of just suddenly having all of that time spent on it lost is crazy, and even crazier that it hasn't been fixed yet.

    I am just so disappointed in the support system now. If they would have read a follow-up question I asked ...

    "Can I play on my other toons or will that ruin my chances for a fix".

    I made it clear to them that I did not know if playing on the account would cause issues for the fix later.

    Example, if I play on the other toons and they have to do an account wide rollback what is the point of playing? OR -- Will it only be that toon they have to roll back? Without the answer, I just felt it was best to stay away.

    That's pretty sad, but I assume most of the responses you have received are automated. Hopefully you get some kind of response tomorrow.

    @MishMash, playing on other characters shouldn't affect anything. And the achievements are unlocked, so that's pretty clearly indicating something's gone wrong.

    At this point, customer support should have the tools to fix this, even if it means they have to get a bit creative. So, just hang in there.

    Not just rank levels. You can also lose outfits. I just noticed my outfit reverted to last week's one after the crash.

    Like @Robo_Hobo I'm not a real PvPer and I just recently got those skill lines maxed out...
    But even if I strangely had fun doing that since it led to discovering another aspect of the game, having to actually grind to get them back because of a bug would really disgust me on principle.. (and thinking about the Mages Guild in that context is giving me nausea).

    We're dealing with enough nuisances in this game and most of us really never complain about it. We learn to adapt and overcome them because we love the game enough to make compromises and overlook its shortcomings.
    But that bug ? It's erasing your time, giving it absolutely zero meaning. And IMHO time is what we all value the most as human beings, which ZoS knows very well or the Skill Lines wouldn't have become purchasable...

    So I dearly hope they *finally* do something to resolve the situation for that player and prevent it from happening again to anyone.

    I would also take any AP you earned and buy motifs and put them on the AH, so that if there is a rollback to your whole account, you won't lose the AP, maybe. Good Luck!

    UPDATE: I had to go to Twitter to Bethesda Support to get any type of answer. This was their Answer.

    Greetings, I can confirm for you that your ticket is in the correct queue and you will receive a response as soon as it has been reviewed by an agent. Please keep in mind that repeated responses will affect your position in the queue.

    It is officially 5 days I've been waiting for this to be fixed or get ANY word what so ever on this ticket. Also, it does not say on the support ticket that if you say anything (update it with screenshots, reports, questions) you will refresh the queue.

    Totally heartless, unfair, and unethical.

    Yuck :( Too vad it works that way here, though I guess it's par for the course. I can't remember if it's Bioware or Anet that inserts that line into its canned support responses. I wonder if this is an industry standard practice. If so, it's unfair and needs to stop.

My friend couldnt queue for vet dungeons for 5 months, it was only his account, i could queue normally with anyone, but if he was in my group, i couldnt, he sent tickets, and told him to delete his addons a tousands of times (He uses no addons), after 5 months, ZoS fixed it by accident on a major update, because it wasnt mentioned on the patch notes

    Sadly I am not seeing anything in the patch notes that remotely resembles a fix for this situation.

    Alliance Rank Skills Assault and Support drop from Rank 10 to 1 -- Locked, refunded skill points. Happened after a crash.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom Can you please tell me if you've heard of this bug AND if there is indeed a FIX?
