I looking for a drink that's like Red Frothgar but for Stamina. Anyone know of anything?

That doesn't work. They're looking for a drink, specifically. Either because their character is a Nord, or (more likely) because they're using Bone Pirate, and the Tripe Trifle Pocket is a food buff.
Honestly? Bone Pirate isn't that valuable. It's really good if you're using Throne, but if you really need the Stamina, you're probably better off with Draugr Hulk, chow down on the TTP, and call it a day. Or, you know, Briarheart, or any number of, legitimately, better sets.0 -
ShellaSunshine✭✭✭Most drinks improve recovery only with a few exceptions (like the dubious camoran throne drink).
My nord stamDK wears bone pirate and witchman armor and I use the FREE crown refreshing drinks that I get from the daily login bonus.
Witchman Armor gives extra hp, stamina recovery, weapon damage, and the 5 piece bonus adds to my Battle Roar passive that gives me health and stamina back when I use an ultimate.
Sometimes I switch out BP for hide of the werewolf for extra ultimate regeneration for some veteran dungeons (especially DLC ones) but then I have to switch to blue food.
I still do about 30k dps even with all purple gear. Velidreth (cradle of shadows) monster set helps with that.0 -

The longer answer: The nearest matches to your request are a purple drink (Dubious Camoran Throne) for Max Health, Max Stamina, and Stamina Recovery or a blue food (Orzorga's Triple Trifle Pocket) for Max Health & Stamina Recovery.
