They should. Same for Argonians. Both of those races should get a slight buff.I’m praying they give wood elves back our stealth.
But overall, as far as I know, it was said in update 23 Q&A that in next update they will do a class skills audit, to improve class identity, now that they have established the base line for all the other skills. Sadly, I do not expect them to tuch racials...
I do hope thought that they will treat WW as a "mini - class" and address all the feedback & pain points. Somehow I do not wish to wait 1 - 2 years for ZOS to "update" WW so it will have a purpose again and be play-able...8 -

It's a public event, unless they specifically say "NO PICTURES" at the booth I'm pretty sure someone will sneak a few snapshots in.3 -

Whatever changes there are (if any) are likely to be changed by the time PTS is open, and definitely by the time Dragonhold hits live.

So far:- Stamina sorcerer is getting some love
- Next part of the story apparently deals with Darien leaving something in Pellitine that triggers Meridia's wrath (HOPING MY BOY DARIEN IS STILL ALIVE)
- PTS looks like it will drop after IC event but before Witches Festival event
Also, no pictures allowed.

Are the spectators under an NDA? SS of what Zos puts on screen at these events has been posted in the forums before without issue. Granted, there may be something special about this one that previous ones that provided info on upcoming changes did not have.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭Yeah, the "no photos," thing is legitimate. Not sure if anyone was actually directed out over it, though it's possible. You were allowed to take notes, but they didn't want photos.
I didn't notice any changes with the passives, but I was using a level 25 template, so I didn't spend a lot of time scrutinizing the options. Thing about these events is, you've got maybe 15 minutes to look at the new content, so you need to be efficient. At that point, most people, even experienced players who were in the press pool, didn't spend our time studying the skills looking for changes. Stuff worked roughly how we'd have expected.
So, with that in mind, Southern Elsweyr doesn't appear to fully connect to Northern. There seems to be a gap between them, so ZOS may choose to fill that in later with a third zone. (It's a little hard to judge, because the zone didn't appear on the Nirn map, just the wayshrines. So, I could be wrong about this.)
There's two main quest threads. One of them is for the zone itself. The other one triggers if you've completed both Elsweyr zones (not sure if the Scalebreaker quests are included or not), which concludes the Season of the Dragon.
The delve I ran through was a mix of a Khajiiti ruin, and a grotto, with luminescent plants of some variety lighting the place up.
I didn't see a new trial or arena, but I did run across a structure along the north edge of the map that didn't have a map marker associated with it, and could be tied to something else. I'm unsure. I doubt it's a new arena though, as BRP was playable at last year's event, and we probably would have been informed if something like that happened. If only to try to goad Bert and myself into making poor life decisions.
There's also the usual: Three new crafted sets, three new drop sets, two new delves, two new world bosses, and (I assume) six skyshards. I think I heard the crafted sets weren't fully implemented yet. Which would mean you'd see a named set without any bonuses, but I didn't find any. I did find some drop set pieces, but was advised that they were also not final versions.
So, short version? No, we don't have photos of the changes. Also, this thread's original post went live 90 minutes before the press event started. At that point, no one had seen anything.19 -

ZoS: We have decided to make one of Cristal Shard's morphs into stamina based skill.
Cristal Fragment will now cost stamina and deal physical damage. We have also decided to give this morph it's 3 sec
stun back after seeing how many requests for it we got from magSorc community.
I bet it will be something like that.

No. Though if they follow their normal schedule, it'll probably hit PTS late September, with a PC launch four weeks later. As with the Mirkmire preview build, there's still quite a bit to finish up.1 -

new skill / weapon lines - especially melee magicka (1h+nothing wouldnt require new weapon models so it works nicely)
new class maybe
new group content (dungeons, arena etc.) for 1 or 2 people - or maybe stuff that is for 1-4 but automatically scales to the number of people - that would actually be really cool

I was on a stamden. I mean, technically, when I picked the character up, it was a hybrid warden, but I used some respec scrolls to sort things out. So, I didn't see anything with a sorc. Bert was also on a Stamden, Michi was on a necro that someone at ZOS had set up, and I'm not sure what Storm was using off hand. The guy next to me was on a Templar. So, I didn't even see what's been done with the Sorc, and like I said, time was limited.
Speed building characters in ESO is a very unique experience. When you need to make a character from scratch in a couple minutes, it's far more dependent on your prior knowledge about how the game works, rather than re-reading the text and picking carefully.0 -
