Main Story Quest "Messages across Tamriel" Bugged!

Sarahyuki✭✭Here is the thing if you complete the main quest in reapers march you get the quest that way and then it wont bug out. ( my friend did this )
However if you do the level 45 harborage quest BEFORe you finish Reapers march and get the quest that way then after you finish harborage when you enter a town ( was that for me ) Vanus galerions projection shows up and tells you to talk to him IF you move 2 meter away from his projection then he says something fine be that way find me in the capitol and then he vanishes and THAT is was cuse the quest ot bug out.Edited by Sarahyuki on April 13, 2014 4:14PM2 -
Yes, exactly. I got the projection who told me to find him. So maybe that is the cause then. Nevertheless, I am still stuck with a non-interactable Vanus Galerion in Elden Root.Edited by galdor123 on April 13, 2014 4:47PM0 -

Very good and very important information that can shorten the "bugsearching" time a lot.

Well I'm stuck with this, likely as someone here pointed out because I walked away from his projection (actually I didn't even notice it lol, just saw the quest show up). Hopefully this can be fixed quickly as it does impede progress in the game (PVE for sure and even pvp really since Ideally I'd be in my veteran ranks there too).

THey have stopped answering to anything atm is seems poeple are reporting their character completly stuck in the ground and nothing works for fix, poeple are reporting this and other main quests that are broken / blocking progression and people are reporting billing issues and support have stopped answer to everything.I'm not even getting responses from support anymore. I replied two days ago and got nothing back. Nothing, nada.

Greysun✭✭Apathy maybe? maybe they think that if they quit answering we will quit bitching? there is a truth to it, if the MAIN QUEST LINE in the game is not fixed by time billing starts, then I will quit bitching and move along in life. I can repsect bugs in a new game, I am a total fanboy and love this game, but life is to short to spend waiting for something that is "required" for the main PVE side of the game to be fixed.0

I understand it's frustrating - I have the same issue - but maybe they're not responding because they know there's an issue, and you personally sending in bug reports about the same thing isn't going to solve it.
I'm hoping the maintenance Tuesday will resolve the issue, but until then there's no point posting images of mildly annoyed people. It's not gonna magically be resolved - you'll know when you download that little patch thingie

Sedlina✭The problem is that they are looking for a global solution. Something to fix the issue for players who are currently stuck - as well as a way to prevent it from happening again in the future for other clients.
That's fine. Obviously that should be the main goal.
Though there is a very simple way to resolve the issue for players who are unable to progress through the game right now.

balberith✭✭This was still bugged for me after today's patch. So, I went to cold harbour, traveled south through the portal to leave cold harbour. This sent me to wayrest. I then was able to talk to Vanus. Not sure if traveling backwards fixed it or not, but i was somehow able to progress.0

Sharon✭Patch did not help/fix this issue. I am Veteran 1. Vanus Stands at Wayrest wayshrine and is is unable to be interacted with. this has been bugged for 4 days now for me with no help. I have tried, /camp /reload UI ... load french and german clients. Travel to cold harbour and go south. Trying to port to people in Veteran content, Repair, etc etc etc.... I NEED a GM to Manually MOVE me to Auridon where I can start to play the game I paid for!! I have had guildies who have had a GM transport them so I am extremely frustrated as I am getting NO response. This is a MAJOR issue needing immediate support!!
