Yeah, I have to see if I can get the rhythm down. Unaltered, its backbar 1 2 3, swap to front bar 1 2 3 4 555 but of course in PvP there is going to be a lot more swap back to backbar for ER and HTD, and I have to get to front bar for my speed and root/snare immunity, which makes me kind of want to move it back to the defensive/buff bar. I kind of watch my timers for my buffs and usually start with the longest 1 on the backbar but in this case, I want my focus as priority as I need the sustain and armor up if nothing else when going to heal.

But you can't back bar it...
I currently use Spring loaded infusion as a Breton magplar. Between that, tri stat glyphs, and undaunted passives it gives me a decent amount of stamina. I don’t think it’s changing next update.
Yea I'm currently sitting at 47k mag, 27k health (pvp) and 18k stam, spell dmg buffed it 2750,.
I tested it on a dummy and makes very little difference which way round I stack mag or spell dmg, it's much the same tool tip values all said and done so I'd rather play with more resources.
I also have 35k spell resist and 31 k physical when bloodspawn procs (while in rune) or a little less when running around

I'm curious to what gear you are using.

You can still have good damage with some investment in health, stam, speed, and stam recovery. 19k stam with ~1k stam recovery will net you some good survivability with S&B. Not the only way to stay alive but it's useful for a lot of reasons.
I would never use ghastly eye bowl ever.
In non cp where you lose the magicka from your cp but not spell damage, you do a little better stacking damage. Especially with magplars having minor sorcery to stack with our choice of major sorcery. But I'm of the same camp as @Syiccal, rather have some more magicka to play with. That said, you can make a pretty good argument for going infused on jewelry in non cp over arcane or tri stat.
I find I have a difficult time stacking spell damage compared to weapon damage on my stam toons. I actually tend to favor more moderate levels with Spriggans and Spinners for their respective types these days.

thats not true at all, i use ghastly on dark elf.
Every time I go to run magplar for a bit; I see something that gives me an idea for stamplar. lol Trying to resist as my stamdk plays really well, but theres something about stamplar I just cant leave well enough alone.

Stam DKs are way too OP right now. But yes, Stamplar just has a more fluent playstyle up in your face and is more fun to play.
