Can you imagine what we could do with them?

It would basically create a similar situation to what dragon leap did, and it was removed for a reason. NOW, if we had taller walls and more area around the keep it would be super cool to implement a siege tower type thing instead, something that had to be placed a bit away from the keep and then moved slowly over like the ram. The defenders of the keep could then try and shoot it down before it reached the walls. But that level of design change will never be seen for the implementation of a simple siege tower. Cause as well if you make the walls taller then you need to make skills reach further to compensate for the range increase and if you make the terrain around a keep flatter and wider then it makes it easier to place more siege weapons and any one given spot for increased fire power. But yea, would like a siege tower more than just ladders as ladders would most likely not be balanced well.

....... thats what I get for just looking at recent discussions all the time. Knock yourself out with ladders in housing, don't mind me. Easy item to add in visually and would be great with added function of moving the player to targeted location of the ladder. +1 for housing ladders.

"Murkmire Ramp, Marshwood" should at least help for the optics.
I'll start dreaming about functioal ladders when I'm done dreaming about that murkmire achievement plant that could transport you from A to B in its tamed form in Murkmire, but cannot do the same in housing.

I dream about furniture which teleports a player from point A to point B and the other way round since I've bought Coldharbour and built an obnoxiously tall black tower there (reaching the actual "ceiling"), then had to build a ramp on top of it. The ramp itself was 42 items.

So, hell yeah, I definitely second that. Make it one a house, make it crown only. MAKE IT, PLEASE.

Then remove the low "ceiling" from the Hunter's Glade so I can re-build my black tower there xD

What I would really like is trap doors, with ladders, or small staircases, up to them, which you could place in a ceiling.

So, you could get up onto a flat roof (like Hunding's).

There again, they would really need to raise the limit there to 700, if they did that.

I don't know why they don't do that, there, anyway?

If their excuse for not raising limits in Notables is that anything above 700 causes issues, what is their excuse for not raising the limit to 700 in a very large house, like Hunding's?

I have been wanting ladders since the I decorated Black Vine Villa. It seems like a good idea visually but think of the animation logistics.

Yea I don’t know how they’d get functional ladders to work as furnishings... I mean unless they just do what they did with the Murkmire ladder, call it a ramp and have it at an angle to function as a ramp instead...
