    As a console user I’m getting worried now that I won’t get my items.. and the report system on Xbox kinda sucks : /

    My fiance and I haven't gotten our drops either. It seems like there's a good amount of people that have been affected. We both submitted tickets yesterday and got a standard response today. I'm going to wait until after the update tomorrow to press the issue further just in case there's a fix in the patch.

    If you watched the #BE3 showcase and ESO presentation, you could have earned the Clouded Senche-Leopard mount and five Ouroboros Crown Crates simply for tuning in!

    Here's how it worked:
    PC/Mac players earned rewards by simply watching the #BE3 stream here on Sunday, June 9, at 8:30PM EDT while logged in to your linked Twitch account.
    Reward delivery for PC/Mac participants started the morning ofJune 10 and continue for several hours after that.
    The Twitch Drop rewards from the #BE3 stream are being distributed in waves, and may take several days to fulfill.

    If you qualified for rewards, but have not received them yet, hang tight, as they should be coming soon.
    Please keep in mind, the five Ouroboros Crates are being added separately than the Clouded Senche mount, so you may receive one slightly before the other.

    Console players earned rewards during the event by logging into the game on Sunday, June 9, between 3:00PM EDT and 11:00PM EDT killing a single monster.

    If you participated on console, you will receive your rewards by June 19.

    They then closed my ticket.....which iv already reopened. This response has nothing to do with missing crates, i already know how the BE3 stream worked :/ the problem is not everyones received them, and its well passed the distribution date.

    I filed under "In-Game Support" > "I have an item issue" > "Missing Item".

    I'm not sure if that was correct, but it was the best I could find.

    I have just submitted what will be my 2nd ticked, after the first was replied to with a copy paste reply which had nothing to do with the issue I had sent in the first place.
    7 days since event now, still no news, no update, no CM response and NO rewards.

    Some event..............pfft, appalling communication, Where are the CM's ??? this is suposed to be their job, dealing with community issues ?

    The stream had 250k viewers, which no doubt Bethesda will get paid for... so we did our part, we stayed up late into the early hours of Monday morning to support the stream..................now were are our promised rewards ????????

    Still nothing here. And no response to the ticket with attached screenshots of linked accounts from eso site and from twitch and screenshots of E3 twitch itself. And this is not the first time. Now I'm waiting when they just silently close the ticket.

    A couple of guildmates were affected by this. Linked accounts, watched the whole thing, no drops. And no response at all from customer service. Is someone looking into this?

    No mount. No Box. No responce from the Support. Not even one sentence from anybody.

    Hmmm I tried to log into my account and it says that it's undergoing maintenance... *very hopeful this could be the problem solver???!*

    No mount still, but all my friends who watched it with me got theirs. Accounts were connected and everything. Still a very sad panda.

    Many have got them , but also many have not, i'v seen players who have 2 players in the same household and one receiving rewards and one not, that seems very strange and fishy.

    Not sure how they are sorting who gets and who does not or who qualifies and who doesn't, but however they are doing it is not very professional but that said the biggest flaw in this is definitely basic human communication of which there as been none, that itself is just appalling management.

    This was posted as a community event, were are the community managers ? where have they been ?
