Does anyone know what percentage of players are having this problem? I'm feeling very ignored. I'm a patient person and willing to wait to have it fixed. But I need to know that the team recognizes this is broken and is actively fixing it. No emails after nearly 100 tries. Not even a 'we got your stinking ticket' email.
Maybe ZeniMax got tired of Elder Scrolls and in order to make sure people don't contact them demanding more, they want to make people ES [/end sarcasm]. On more serious note, it seems like they are committing a suicide as a company. They already pissed off thousands of people by preventing them from playing the game (subscription errors, etc.), but now they are alienating the part of community that got a chance to appreciate the game. In the end they are pissing everyone off and instead of salvaging what they can they are just adding fuel to the fire and let themselves roast.

No game, let alone an MMO is without it's share of issues at launch / post launch, I figure they're doing what they can and didn't expect to have this much to deal with out of the gate. Too many people jump on the "well this is f***ed" boat throwing negative comments everywhere, they aren't committing suicide, they aren't roasting themselves, WoW's launch was far from perfect, and look at it.

Yes, but Wow is now what, 10 years old? Since their launch there have been hundreds of MMOs out, and that's a lot of time to learn based on other games. Some of the mistakes made by ZeniMax could have been forgiven 10 years ago, but should not have happened to this degree at this point. I mean hell, I am saying mistakes, but in truth a lot of those "mistakes" are conscious decisions of the company, that have backfired due to lack the foresight. And yes, the last statement is an assumption, but it's based on the way they are handling things since launch. The sad excuse of a support system, bugs that are persistent since early beta (some that I have reported myself back then, that remained), lack of updates and feedback from the company, new features that further hamper players (authenticator email that doesn't work properly). It feels like they just tried to cramp as much stuff as they could without properly thinking it through, applying it, or even testing it before execution. And yes, a lot of it is my own opinion BASED on their actions. There are issues associated with a new game launch, and there are issues associated with poor planning and poorer execution that at this point, should not have place from an established company such as ZeniMax.

Blizzard, the company that made WoW, has ten years of experience + didn't expect diablo 3 to sell so hard, despite pre order numbers that anyone could easily point out to them, they only had x numbers of servers ready and couldn't handle launch night. I think the same situation applies to ESO and Zenimax, they had systems lined up, and instantly got overwhelmed due to the sheer number of players playing / reporting / using most of their systems daily.
