    Please update this. My bf has been unable to log into the game for over 2 weeks waiting for an email that never arrives. A dozen tickets submitted, and no replies (one empty your cache). He has now cancelled his subscription...clearly this is an issue at your end otherwise there wouldn't be dozens of people claiming the same problem.

    Just FYI I had to update the whitelist for the company I work for (where i have my registered email) to get any mail through, including the access codes when I first started playing, since all mail from ESO support were flagged as spam.

    A lot work needs to be done to get the mail system not to behave like spam and trigger spamfilters and even companies like spamhaus to blacklist it, very unprofessional imho sorry to say... Now I strangely sometimes seem to be getting these mails sometimes at weird times when I was asleep which is weird.

    To the ones having this issue:
    1. Check your spam folder
    2. Try registering a email address at a different email provider and see if the mails go through. You can do this from your account page, here: https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/

    you cannot change the email on your account. You must go through customer support to do so...which requires them to actually either answer the phone or email.

    And yes, we checked spam/junk. We checked the blocked senders (it isn't). We did it all. every day. sometimes twice.

    We will chalk it up to a wasted $140 and the worst customer service ever. Honestly, I do understand software development challenges...and the game by and large had an amazing launch. I do not understand a lack of concern about customers to the point of not even answering email. But extra bonus, he's been invited to complete "how are we doing" surveys for every email he sent. Those come no problem.

    I am experiencing this issue. I purchased the game yesterday and have been unable to login due to their inability to send email. I did the two hour wait on hold at the above number to have my email changed to a gmail. I've finally received an email with an access code, but the access code is invalid. Now I am locked out for having entered an incorrect code too many times.

    I'm glad I bought the game with a credit card. I'm thinking at this point it'll be easier to just dispute the charge for the game and be done with it.

    Aww man. It's been a mess I agree, I've waited over two weeks and have yet to receive gold for having to buy in-game bank slots again. I think you are entitled to get a complete refund, others have gotten it I've read. Or you could just wait 6 months or so and check back, check forum topics / watch updated reviews etc.. By then they have got to have made a lot of improvements in their processes, it needs to be done for them to survive.

    I think they have a 15 min cooldown, try again and see if you recieve a new code and ckeck if it works.. if not you'll probably have to go through support again to get it to work.

    it works periodically, i may change 10 times my IP, but it may ask me only once to add this code... I know this system from swtor.

    Alright. I've tried multiple times, and generally I'm a really patient person. But I am becoming very annoyed. It's asking me for an access code, but none is being sent to me email at all. I just want to play already. I've checked my spam folder. Not there. This really sucks.

    I had to do this about 9 hours ago, and thought nothing of it. Now I have been trying to login for about 30-45 minutes. I have been trying to get a code every 10 minutes or so to login. I have yet to see even one email with a code (even expired). My guess is looking at the time is that they have too many requests coming in for an email code at once. This is ridiculous to make us have to enter these codes in 10 minutes when right now it is taking far longer to get the email.
