you cannot change the email on your account. You must go through customer support to do so...which requires them to actually either answer the phone or email.
And yes, we checked spam/junk. We checked the blocked senders (it isn't). We did it all. every day. sometimes twice.
We will chalk it up to a wasted $140 and the worst customer service ever. Honestly, I do understand software development challenges...and the game by and large had an amazing launch. I do not understand a lack of concern about customers to the point of not even answering email. But extra bonus, he's been invited to complete "how are we doing" surveys for every email he sent. Those come no problem.
I am experiencing this issue. I purchased the game yesterday and have been unable to login due to their inability to send email. I did the two hour wait on hold at the above number to have my email changed to a gmail. I've finally received an email with an access code, but the access code is invalid. Now I am locked out for having entered an incorrect code too many times.
I'm glad I bought the game with a credit card. I'm thinking at this point it'll be easier to just dispute the charge for the game and be done with it.
