Does anyone know what percentage of players are having this problem? I'm feeling very ignored. I'm a patient person and willing to wait to have it fixed. But I need to know that the team recognizes this is broken and is actively fixing it. No emails after nearly 100 tries. Not even a 'we got your stinking ticket' email.

I'm sure Blizzard and Bio-ware are secretly throwing you guys a party for all the return customers they will be getting if this isn't fixed soon...i don't care how die hard of a fan you are for ES.. if the game kicks you in the face for playing it.. there is NO point.. and i though FFXIV had a bad launch. wonder if you guys qualify for MMO Darwin Award...
