You make it sound like this one skill will suddenly even out the playing field for everyone. Even with this skill in the game stam will continue to have an upper hand in mobility due to a larger stam pool and, in some cases, faster sprint speed and ditto for classes w/ mobility skills like streak or shade.

All this skill does is close the gap ever so slightly between magicka and stamina, which has been a major pain point for many magicka players.7 -

✭✭✭Totally screws up the identity of med armor builds with a bow, there's no reason to play such a build now. What they said is that they nerf Legion and Fury but instead they can now play with Rally and use this skill as anti snare tool and have major exp on demand. Makes so much sense that brawlers and tanks can be as fast as someone who actively builds around mobility. ✭Magicka snare/root immunity should've been done a long time ago. Best change in years. It's basically required now to achieve any sense of balance in group v group fights after the Rapids nerf. It can also helps with the problem of every single stam build being pigeon-holed into 2H or medium armor for forward momentum or shuffle.Edited by ssewallb14_ESO on April 15, 2019 9:09PM3 -

It still has a 3240 base magicka cost, which will eat away at available magicka for stam class utility. For example, the magicka cost of wings stops some StamDKs on live from running it, when spiked armor and fragmented shield are already necessary.
I do agree that the ability seems rather loaded tbh. If 4 seconds is going to be the standard for snare immunity, then wings and shuffle need to be brought in line, with shuffle getting a higher snare immunity to have a better identity for medium armor.3 -

✭✭✭Race Against Time (morph): This morph no longer reduces the cost of sprinting by 50% for 4 seconds. Instead, it now grants immunity to Snares and Immobilizations for 4 seconds.

✭Also I don't think it's overloaded at all compared to similar abilities. Forward momentum costs the same and effectively gives you free major brutality and a HoT with 100% uptime, freeing up a skill and potion slot and giving free healing to stamina's already strong hots. If anything shuffle needs a buff.3 -
