I'm not very happy about how Nords ended up either. If they could balance out the Stam races as well as they did with the magicka ones that would be great.2 -

They did a pretty good job with racial rebalance, whether you want to admit it or not.16 -

They did a pretty good job with racial rebalance, whether you want to admit it or not.
I look at racial rebalance like this. Can I make a unique build with races that are unique to them? After the rework I felt that each race had a stat that the other races did not. Something that can push them into niche builds that could not be done before.0 -

Racial rework puts races in a position that you don't need a specific race for your niche build anymore. Yes those niches are weaker because of said race changes(like max stat stacking builds for example) Races still have their identities but the % stat bonuses are gone which is a welcome change for the most part. As for uniqueness per race, I think races having small unique bonuses like ult regen or extra move speed etc are giving them more identity than boring stat multipliers.

Imho racial rebalance was a failure as some races have been narrowad even futher to do one specific role, often without even beeing bis for that role or close to bis.

Bullcrap. The dps difference between races have never been so close. And redguard mains were crying all over the place cause their ez sustain race* didn't also do top dps anymore. Breton mains cried rivers for their off-stat regen not being useful in PvE.
As an Orc main I would not mind if they took some max stam out of Orc. While Orc now does top dps it also lost hp regen, lost healing received which was huge. There was a trade-off for reaching the top DD spot. I liked the Orc that had less stats and more self healing personally. But I did not QQ about it cause at the end of the day I'm no longer forced to play a redguard or argonian. Both of which overperformed way too hard pre-rework.
As for other aspects of the game, Nord finally stopped being poor man's imperial. Argonian is no longer BiS for any PvP spec or PvE healer/tank build I can think of. Dunmer/redguard is no longer BiS for any PvE DD I can think of. Khajiit mage is finally a thing. The list goes on.
But yeah, all but 3 races are u n v i a b l e .

Dark elf is very viable as is Altmer. I love the dark elf changes. Imperial and Woodelf are niche but still usable, some people love Woodelf in PvP. I think Argonian is the only race that’s really meh.Edited by Vapirko on April 15, 2019 7:46AM2 -

Actually I think the Redguard is terrible. Why does Breton get cost reduction to ALL magicka abilities, but Redguards stam reduction is limited to weapon skill trees? Literally any other stam race is better than RG in its current state. Even Nord is laughing at it, and remember how bad that was before these racial changes.1
