Hiskias✭✭First time ever that I'm in an actual queue in this game. Figures the queue implementation is total crap, since it apparently has never been actually tested. Aside from the apparent discrepancies in estimated queueing time, please do at least the following:
1) Allow changing the realm between EU and US. Now when I try to "leave the queue", it just pops it up again. Lame.
2) If a player gets disconnected from the game for any reason, including doing it themselves, allow a grace period of a few minutes for relogging so that they aren't dumped at the end of the queue.
3) Give a running position number in the queue instead of just the unhelpful time "estimate" that apparently is wildly off to begin with.
Sorry if these have been discussed/suggested before, but I'm not about to read the whole thread to find out. Just leaving this here and then going to play something else.1 -

LongMaySheReign✭✭✭Have been online for a while, then game kicks me out of the server when I'm switching characters, BOOM 18 minutes! I really want to believe that you are working on your servers(which was said in the same post that also said you could log in without queue if you got disconnected) but to me it just seems like a lame excuse to make it past the event. I wouldn't be surprised if the same broken queue system would be brought back on next events as well.3 -

It could be that something's wrong with your queue/connection, I had the same problem (because I had vpn on to get a better performance from the game) and waited for an hour the day before, then it worked when I closed the vpn.0 -

✭✭I feel like I might of been lucky with my queue. I got put in a 12 minute queue, and it was actually about 12 minutes.
I'd be pretty annoyed too if I had to wait for an hour like some have reported. I really do hope this is a very short term solution, ZOS must treat the server upgrade with urgency. Squeaky_Clean✭✭✭✭Started the game, login for 18 minutes. ok ... then queue gets stuck at 13:44 for about 20 minutes. Left queue, and queued another time, again for 18 min. then finally I'm in the game, took about 45 min overall.. sigh .. I just hope the updated/additional servers will improve the current situation in the next few weeks. Honestly, these issues have persisted way too long for me to beleive they're working on them. Acknowledging the abysmal service the EU population has had to experience is one thing, but to act on it is an entirely different matter. I have no hope whatsoever that they'll fix these issues. This is absolutely disgraceful imo and I'm wavering over my continued support for the game. It's a very sad state of affairs... I've played regularly since beta with an unbroken subscription. Over the years the explanation for the subs cost have shifted, from being necessary to ensure expansions to the current situation.

Tried leaving it to log in to NA instead. It won't let me leave or change servers, now. The "leave queue" button doesn't work at all. I'm playing on the PC though Steam.
When they announced that they'd be doing this, I said to myself that this would make people leave the game. I'm still not going to stop playing because I know they'll fix it eventually, but I'll bet it'll make some people quit for good.

Hah well said. What's killing me is the Login Queue is failing!!! 3rd attempt, 15 min... froze at 9m 57sec. 20 min.... froze at 13m 16sec and booted me to a help web page. Now frozen at 11min 25 sec of 21m 30sec queue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 -

Same here. Every 5 minutes or so it crashes and says login failed. You end up having to task manager close and restart the game.1 -
