~ 7-10 pm CEST I'd say, 8-9 pm being most intense

I'm confused. "Adding capacity" is how I would talk about this at work. Infrastructure people can worry about how they provide more capacity.

Of course it doesn't prove that. We don't know that the NA and EU capacities are. We have no idea which is bigger.
