    Waiting 20 minutes now with no activation code received, I am using a Yahoo email account and it is not in my inbox or spam folder. I had my computer set up as a trusted client as of last night.

    And now the system lets me log in without requiring the code at all? ESO login, go home, you're drunk.

    *** game from *** company. Why I cant play at game, without your *** activations codes. It can not be a problem, if YOU SEND YOUR RETADED CODE TO MY E-MAIL, BUT THERE ARE NO ANY CODES, SO EXPLAIN ME, HOW I CAN PLAY AT YOUR RETADED GAME?

    If up to this day, I still doubt whether to pay a subscription after that *** is not coming with the access codes and the inability to enter into purchased game - left no doubt - this is my first and last month's subscription.

    This is stupid. I have to sit there on the log in screen with that box open to wait to get the code for THAT particular box...

    Effing stupid. Going on 15 minutes waiting because I closed that box and no second email sent.

    Absolutely remarkable to see how some people completely lose their temper over some technical difficulties that a newly released (less than a week out!) game is experiencing. It's even more surprising to see how some people throw around absolute statements like 'this is my first and last month's subscription' due to these technical difficulties.

    I am also among one of the people who is not receiving the access code in my e-mail, but I don't lose my shiznitz over it. Have some faith in ZeniMax and give them a little time in resolving these issues. This game is massively popular and the loads their servers are dealing with are consequently huge as well.

    I realize you bought this game, but you should also realize that MMOs are by nature forever works-in-progress. You make some changes, new problems arise, you fix those, you tweak things, you improve the experience. Take a break and go play something else for a moment, but give the people at ZeniMax at least some time to fix their issues.

    EDIT: While writing this I received my access code after well over 10 minutes from trying to log in and the access code still worked. Patience pays off!

    Little time??!! ITS MY TIME, I PAID FOR IT MY MONEY. Why i must pay for Zenimax problem? Ask Zenimax - will they add game time to my 30 days? I can anwer for Zenimax - no, we will not add any time. If TES if it was free-to-play game - no problem, resolve your issues as much days as needed.......but this is PAY-TO-PLAY game and i paid for GAME, not for waiting for resolving issues/

    Almost feels like ZeniMax is out to destroy Elder Scrolls franchise by alienating all it's fans. Maybe parent company got sick of its product. [/end sarcasm]

    Ticket # 140409-042305 this is the number of the latest ticket to receive a terrible canned e-mail which starts out telling me they will consider my issue resolved if they don't hear from me. Are you kidding I' ve sent numerous tickets emails and asked for phone calls. I am now waiting over 28 hrs for first phone call. I do what is required, I put in codes sent. THEY DON'T WORK!. The email supposed to support me says to come here and watch for news ? this is your idea of fixing my problem? Really? That's your idea of customer service to a person locked out of account is watch for news on Twitter! Really? I asked for refund but they want me to sent them info I'm never supposed to give out so I don't even know if it's real. I'm afraid to sent private info to whomever? what if its a false site?

    I love this game. I have quit better games for the abysmal customer service. I cancelled. Once then realized I couldn't even get my 30 days if I was ever to get back in the game. So I dumped a 180 sub for a 1 mos sub and will cancel that on last day, that is if I'm ever able to get in the game.


    OH did I mention the codes you send me to fix login from new ISP address they don't work.

    Waited 30 minutes for a code that never came, and then when I reset my router, I could magically log in again. This "authentication" does not seem to be the wisest course of action. I would much rather see a keyfob or virtual code authenticator. You know, something instant?

    Logged out because the sound wasn't working correctly, when I tried to log back in I got the same message. I'll just try again in a few minutes, maybe the message won't show this time.

    Would entering that code really be a problem? The "unknown IP address" is just your own IP right?

    Just to balance things out (ie, not to gloat) this evening when the same thing happened, the email did arrive immediately and the code worked just fine :)
    If at first you don't succeed, keep trying. And again. Eat a cookie, read a wiki, I dunno, just try to relax, the frustration will only give you a headache.

    The e-mail is in response to you logging in that particular time. They want you to authorize your IP address. It's a new system they rolled out with the new patch, it isn't working 100% correctly since, as you can see, you can still log in after X'ing out of the window.

    It's harmless. It's asking you to verify your computer, not anybody else's.

    Same story. But i've got an error (game crashed), and now I can't login - no code for me again (0 codes scince betas probably, but "purchase" and "sub" confirmation letters received without a problem).

    It might be rare in your region, but it can be quite different for other users. I am with Germany's biggest ISP.     I have to say, this *is* frustrating. First time I dealt with this the email(s) simply never showed up, I had to call support. Now Im sitting here, waiting patiently, wondering if I have to deal with support yet again.

    Until this system is able to get access code emails out immediately (like so many other online applications and games) I agree that it should be disabled.

    I had this problem the first day of the patch, then today , during a campaign i remained blocked for a bug between a wall and another big stone. I could do nothing, neither the command /stuck was working so tried to enter as guest in another campaign. It worked! Than i tried to go back to the old campaign and loading screen was never ending, so i quitted game with CTRL+ALT+CANC command and started loader again.
    Well , now it asks me the code again, and guess what? I never received an email!!! NEVER! I'm waiting here from 1 hour, i tried closing and rerunning loader but it always ask me the code!!!!! What shuld i do to play this game i bought?? Please do something my nick is Theronin23.

    I have a dynamic IP too and I get really annoyed when I have to enter these codes if I want to login into game or website profile. Do something about it, will you?

    This is happening to me as well. I am being asked to put in the code EVERY time I log into the game. This need to be disabled till you can find a way to get peoples access codes to them faster, AND so that we don't have to do it every time we log in. I am using Gmail which has the worlds fastest email servers, and it took me nearly 7 minutes to get the email. This shows the problem is on YOUR end, and your server is queued sending emails. During prime time if your servers are queing emails its going to take some people up to an HOUR to get the email.

    if they are on Yahoo mail its going to take EVEN LONGER since Yahoo pre-verifies all emails are from a reliable source. You guys really didnt think this one through at all before implementing it.
