ZoS announced the will to prevent "things that happen after a conditional or random trigger" (procs) to trigger other "things that happen after a conditional or random trigger".

    Aka "procs shouldn't proc procs"

Some bonuses obtained from CP constellations give you a heal on some conditions, the most interesting one is a heal each time you receive a critical hit, so nearly every second in PvP.

Currently this is a very convenient way to ensure TK procs in CP enabled campaigns, but the announced changes should remove the interaction with TK (and other conditional procs)

Imo it all depends on the unique build design you are going for. For pve the answer is clear cut because the goal is the same. But werewolf builds and set ups are so dynamic that it all comes down to design and preference.

Yes this a quick draft, but the gap between two consecutive tiers should be limited anyway.

Agree, our own individual play-styles will affect this list and matter the most anyway.

I haven't tested on PTS but WW LA/HA, like all LA/HA have always counted for the "weapon ability" procs. (Red mountain, etc...). So unless they broke something more, it should. (edit : see post above)

Soooo my fellow hounds, I changed my setup abit going for 1x chudan and 1x domihaus now(corrected it in the build editor) 33k resistances are quite enough.
And yesterday our werewolf - pack on Xbox eu from the (translated into English) "eternal darkness" guild had our first outing in vivec with 15 werewolves. We had a flipping blast. At one point I got jumped by 3 people and double dawnyd somehow I survived only to watch 14 angry werewolves come charging in. Aaah that sight was priceless I was laughing so hard after that. People are getting their ww setups ready slowly but surely.
Btw @Qbiken any point running tank wolves in the pack and what sets would you recommend?
We also had one moment where a small ad group was getting overwhelmed by a 15 man ep group. As the last person was fighting for survival me and 2 werewolves charged in. In about 10 second intervals more and more werewolves charged in. It was glorious with the 30 ww pets running around naturally we wiped the floor with them. Haven't had that much fun in ages^^

Only place I would run a full tank oriented ww setup is if I go for chaos ball achievements and stuff. Otherwise it´s always nice to have a bit of both offensive and defensive capacities on a werewolf

A tank wolf can be nice if you're running with a coordinated group. Players usually ignore tank builds in PvP, but werewolves have a tendency to 'draw aggro'--so if you set your WW up as a tank you can trick the enemy into focusing on you while your teammates burn them down.

It's almost like having a taunt that works on players. B)

This is real. Most players are drawn to the wolf for the easy kill.

Orc, Imperial, Nord, Dunmer are packed with raw stats and passives that will be useful in any PvP situation.
Bosmer, Khajiit have high potential but you need to actively make use of their passives.
    Redguard, Argonian, Breton are ok
Altmer is the only race that can't be defended as a choice for Werewolf.

I will probably stick to my Khajiit because i created it in 2014, so i try not to think too much about what the "best" choice would be. Also if i went down that path i would probably end-up wanting to switch based on my current build ...
So my recommendation is to pick a "flavor" and concentrate on that more than on stats min-max.

    Pursuit:

Updated the tooltip of this passive to better reflect the actual math behind how this passive interacts with other bonuses. Previously, the values looked to be much more impactful than you actually got, so we reduced the bonus to your Heavy Attack resource restore to 25/50% at Ranks I and II respectively, down from 50/100% on the tooltip, so the actual restore matches with it.

Fixed an issue where this bonus was not properly scaling with the Off Balance bonus, and it will now grant the intended return.

So not only did they discard the bug report, but they changed the tooltip and presented this nerf as a bugfix.

First tests may indicate the actual changes are absolutely not what the patch notes say and that the result is not so much of a big deal.

At this point i might advocate to avoid communicating with ZoS in fear of them making things even worse.

I know this is kinda odd, but I'm playing as a DK breton pup.
Do I have any hope at all? I know breton is a magicka race, and the only benefit I see from using one is for the cheaper heal ("only" 400 less, but more sustain I guess).

The only way I thought it will be "meta", by wearing either "dragur hulk" or "bone pirate" (for more stamina), and some proc/damage set (for more weapon damage)...

Maybe one day they will change both werewolf and vampire to work off the highest stat instead of from an individual pool, but until then - can I do something to make my wolf work? or there is no chance? :/

I wouldn't worry about it. The differences between races arent that big as to make a werewolf useless. You will most likely be fine unless you are trying to perform in the top 0.1% group.
