After the patch the error accured and the problem is we don't get any data back from the server because its all the way in the US and we have crazy ping at the moment with it. Anyway before the patch there wasn't such an issue.0 -
Coren✭Can't get past character screen, I got thrown off first when I tried to enter Angof's place in Glenumbra, then later when I tried to wayshrine out of Glenumbra and now I can't get on at all0 -

Guys....when you post...include which Megaserver you're using.

Atleast take down the servers and fix this coz ppl will get more and more frustrated when trying over and over and over and over...and over again to log in and get errored out than by simply not playing when servers are down. I know i do.0

It's the reason I came to the forums.
The unknown error issue has been happening since beta. Last week they asked us to send a particular Zos agent our IP addresses so they could try to fix it.
As of Release day, I was logging in no problem, switching between areas and loading dungeons. No problems at all.
Post the patch today.. log in takes forever, loading character takes forever, switching areas or loading anything, takes forever. It's like the server has sacked it's hamsters and employed a rat with a broken back.
Btw the "unknown" simply means timeout. Something in the way data is requested and transferred is being lost. This times out our connections and the system has no idea why.. thus it says unknown. It could as easily come up with null.

KhrimmSoul ShrivenI also have the error on almost every loading screen now. followed by 1 or 2 login timeouts it's the complete evening killer0

Chanz✭✭EU - Unknown error, stuck at character load. At the start, i could log in the game, but got DCed constantly every 1-2 minutes. Now just stuck at the menu.

I don;t have either of those ... or any addons at all ... yet I can't get into the game without "unknown error".

AergrimSoul ShrivenBeen stuck in Foundry of Woe for the better part of the evening, gave up now after spending 500+ gold on wayshrine *** D/Cs. Unknown error my ass. The *** portal even disappeared so can't click that to get out, stuck in here with a giant *** that won't put out either... pfffft better of watching *** the rest of the eveing.0
