I don’t like it either. But I don’t see the big deal. If you start today doing them at 5 then you can start anytime tomorrow after 1 doing them again. I started doing mine in order yesterday as soon as event started(10am EDT). Finished one account then did my other two. Logged in this morning then after 6am I did the same thing on each account and ended up getting at least one of each page for my main account. When you start go to obsidian gorge wayshrine in Deshaan, do the delve there, come out do the dolmen there, take two steps northwest and so the public dungeon, come out and trot west And kill boss, run through normal fungal grotto or something, run through normal maelstrom and then jump in a trial when you can. Do that then the next day do the same thing.

People will miss out on the feathers yes. But the reality is that people miss out on things all the time. No one gets everything, nor should we.
This isn't just a problem in ESO but in all games now. People refuse to accept they are going to miss out on things.

That's normal that some players will miss something because they don't have time and possibility or because they just don't want to do something.
But that doesn't mean that everything should be inconvenient.
And 20-hour individual timer that isn't even displayed is not convinient - for most part of players if not all.

I agree that it isn't convenient. But maybe it's not meant to be.

Some things - like vet trials - are difficult. That's normal. Some things are "spend a lot of time and efforts - or just pay". That's not enjoyable, but it's not hard to understand why and it's also normal. But making things complicated without reason isn't good.

I agree, but this isn't complicated at all.

Track seven different timers without any displayed time - instead of one clear time?
Yeah, not at all.
This should be fixed with Mondays patch for PC, ZOS is making the timers a daily event I believe I read that it was going to be the same as the crafting writ reset times.
I saw someone post PTS notes which said they are changing the timer to the Daily Quest reset time when Murkmire hits. Is that true?

There are ways to go about it without it being difficult.
For instance just recall the time of your last skull. Start 20 hours after that.
You could manually record the time for each one.
On PC I'm told there is an add on that tracks the times. I'm on console so I can't be certain of that.
You could also simply not track them at all.
The situation isn't ideal but it's also not a tragedy either. Simply inconvenient.

This is from the PTS Patch notes:
"Quests that grant Event Tickets during holiday events will now refresh their ability to grant Event Tickets at the same time that Daily Quests become available again."
https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/440792/pts-patch-notes-v4-2-4 Post #5
So if it is a Quest that gives the Event Ticket then they will reset when Daily Quests resets starting Monday OCT 22 with the release of Murkmire.
Dremora Skulls are not a Quest so not going to change.

The only awkward ones would be the trial and arena skulls, the rest take ten minutes to do at a later time if you didn’t get the skull
