Werewolf Heal is OVERBUFFED.

Werewolves...…
Oh boy , where do I begin... You know what? I wont even begin to talk , its just pointless.

In 2 sentences : No one should be able to have 40k+ NONE CRIT Burst Heal (IN PVP) I know this is a Pure Tanking setup, however as a tank you need to mitigate damage and have decent healing , but this s**t right here is healing like 3 templars on steroids.

The setup for the demonstration is Chudan+PlagueDoctor+ Ironblood , if I replace the the Ironblood with Sanctuary or the set that gives Major Mending on heavy attacks, I can easily boost my heals to 50k (none crits) at the loss of mitigation.

ZOS PLEASE GET YOUR STS TOGETHER AND REVERT THE CHANGES TO THE HEAL, THIS IS COMPLETELY UNBALANCED AND BROKEN.

This is exactly like a BlazePlar Tank build. You have a skill that synergies amazingly off your max Health so you just pump your Health up as high as you can. But seriously Werewolves get a self Heal for 93%?? And Dragon Blood only gives 33%?

Only role you can be with that build is a target skeleton in peoples houses. Hell even my target skeleton has better offense and sustain than that

I mean, if you wanna stand there and just take hits that's great. But you aren't gonna kill anyone and your stam is gonna drop very fast if you block

DK heal heals for the missing health ( which is worse than the werewolf Heal) the WW is healing ALWAYS from the Max health , no matter if it has 60% health remaining or 20%.

Why would I block with 42k resists and Major protection from Ironblood ?. I will just walk like a boss and spam Heavy attacks + Fear + Defile

You can also create builds that are unkillable in cyro without werewolf. Surprise, yes ! It has nothing to do with werewolf.

Your build is completely worthless for all reasons, you wont kill enemys and you wont matter in any case with that build. Will you be unkillable with that build without being outnumbered? Probably- like other builds too. Can you be ignored? Yes!

In PvP just surviving isnt enough...

If you get focused by a resource drain poison and defile you are absolutely boned. You have no way to sustain the group utility abilites if you want to break free, and you won't ever kill anyone half decent on your own. Is this strong? Sure, if played well in the right hands.

In the video, I'm upset only by the fact that werewolf no longer receives + to the timer when he's taking damage :/ If they wanted to buff this passive, they would allow both taking and doing damage to fill the timer. I'm loving your heal number, I would leave it as it is :) My werewolves have much less health and can be considered almost glass canon, so I won't make use of 40k heals no matter if this makes it on live :D I just love to know there are powerful cool things in the game.

The problem is not with those 60k health Werewolves. The problem is, that you can still have 25k heals with a normally functioning build of 30k health. Werewolf has insane damage on its own and with 30k health, you will still have enormous offense.

Werewolf really didn't need more survival. 10k resistances is strong enough.

Scrubos can`t do the math that 61k health ( 44k heals ) : /2 is equal to 30k health with 22k Heals NONE CRIT,

and I can easily swap Ironblood for Shacklebreaker and rip arses and still get 20k+ heals.

You have no sustain, no damage, no stam for countermeasures or CC and a very big defensive utility skill. Kinda like a Blazplar, but not as tough or threatening. Focused burst and defile will nuke you faster than a match to a paper doll.

You replace iron blood with sload

    Replace Chudan with Zaan

You lose like 4k health at max and have killing power.

Now instead of Cyrodiil you go into BGs,. Sure you're at now like 40k health.

But have Proc dmg + 20k heal

    Yeah.... That's something I like....

Just run Plague doctor, and hulking draugh
Or bone pirate and 1 piece kena, 1 piece veli. and on your jewelry glyphs, if you want to go weapon damage you can. I've tested this on a blazeplar non ww though, but my tool tips hit hard while standing at 65k health.

Like, that first half is speaking metaphorically right?

Because before it scaled to Max mag and spell damage, while now it scales to Max health.

you had werewolves still healing through practically everything. but even still their gonna have to sacrifice one for the other. and most people are gonna be going stupid high damage builds not really tanky health builds. but if your a nightblade or dk vs a werewolf that werewolf is screwed.

it wont be meta thats a pipe dream vampires still gonna be meta but the changes open up for people to actually be effective with werewolf now instead of if you have more than a single dragonknight or nightblade against you you stand a chance of being highly outclassed. this might actually make it fair.

This is what I couldn't take any more.

I mean... Woo, buffs, ecstatic happy fun times, yes? Well, not really, no. Truly, it's the opposite. It's just a hanging Sword of Damocles dangling above my head. I can't enjoy the game because I don't know when it'll drop.

When will it drop? Will it drop now? Now? How about now? Will this patch ruin it? I'm getting attached. Will it be this patch? Are they waiting for me to relax my guard so it'll hurt the most? Maybe they won't ne--oh. Oh. Oh. Okay. Okay. I guess that's unplayable now. Hooray.

I can't do it any more. I'm tired of this Everquest Lite nonsense. Overbuff! Overnerf! Overbuff! Overnerf! Overbuff! Overnerf!

Instead of doing just tiny, reasonable tweaks and continually adjusting -- as would be the intelligent, pragmatic, reasonable choice -- they do the same as every MMO that's eventually lost their players to balance fatigue, they do it in the most ham-fisted way possible. And the growing balance fatigue just causes their population to drop, and drop, and drop...

That along with doing stuff like locking people out of content and rewards because you need X many people to enter, and the unending promise of the carrot on the stick. This is why the genre is dead, this is why people aren't making MMOs any more, this is why the ones that exist are clinging on for dear life; Because they can't change. They don't realise how desperately they need to change. It's explained in the post-mortem in my signature. Ultimately, this is just the path to ESO being on life support.

All I wanted was for werewolf to be a toggle (even if it meant a slight nerf across the board), and for us to get some new werewolf appearances to choose from (such as the hulking werewolf, I mean god damn, look at those things, why wouldn't you want that as an option?). You see, that would've been fun. What MMO developers continually tell me is that fun must always take a backseat to developing the mythical Everquest Lite.

It's like chasing a magical unicorn. They could make a fun game, but no, they're doing this instead.

Good luck with that, ZOS, I suppose.

You could've been met with adulation, praise, and a boost in numbers (from werewolf fans who were waiting for you to make the form a toggle). You could've actually gone with fun as your modus operandi, you could've made fun the raison d'etre of ESO. Nope. Everquest Lite.

Everquest bloody Lite. The reason MMOs die. The reason every MMO I've loved has died. It's like Groundhog Day. It's why this is my last MMO. I can't watch this happen again.

I'm not just done with ESO, but the genre. No one looks at the failures and learns.

you realize that every single game has this formula right?? not just mmos its issues with people dont know what balance is. its human error which you cant be mad at. to achieve balance your looking at years of time to do it. wows been around for decades and still has zero balance. call of duty nothing in that game and its fps genre is balanced. single player games there sure as heck is no such thing as balanced you can be broken as crap in hours. strategy games same deal youll never escape it so no use getting mad about it and giving games a thumbs down due to it.
