I don't like the sound of wolf howl and their movement in this game, but I still find it cool to manage howling together:
And some very lucky shot with Hildegard; I was too lazy to change video settings, but someday I'll do this quest on another character with high graphics (I just hope I will manage to get same luck with positioning):

XomRhoK✭✭✭✭✭How about making next DLC vampire based ZOS?
It's almost 100% that Q1 2019 DLC would be vampire based dungeons. They start to collect feedback on werewolfs and vampires not so long ago, and made werewolf DLC, so it's has a lot of sense make a vampire DLC shortly after.
And next chapter will be Skyrim, with Winterhold as a capital, before the Great collapse, and spell crafting as main feature.

and i would suspect capitol of any skyrim chapter would be whiterun...I can't do this anymore. Every small ... petit change that went against any semblance of sense has snowballed into an avalanche of (Penn & Teller:) Bulls...!

And it has so much sense with all that spellcrafting data founded, Winterhold as center of researching and studying spells, and Skyrim hype/nostalgia.
And on topic, i waiting for Beast personality. I think it will fit to my vampire character, to look more like bloodfiend. and that makes sense, since its part of the old holds... but as an old hold during a split between old-new holds it would make no sense for it to actually... rule the new holds who antagonize Jorunn, mainly as the new holds
And we also know that Windhelm is capitol of old holds under the High King Jorunn, not winterhold... aka they changed the lore

I am not expert at Elder Scrolls lore, but this article says "He rules from the ancient city of Windhelm." Maybe it's a residence, for the period of war, same as with queen Ayrenn.Edited by XomRhoK on July 9, 2018 12:20PM0 -

Wrong information. Even the link you provide, says that Winterhold is a part of Eastern Skyrim, and under Jorunn in Windhelm, at the time of ESO.
Several sources state clearly that at the time of ESO, Skyrim is split into two parts, one ruled by Jorunn from Windhelm in the east (including Winterhold hold and city), and one ruled by Svartr's successors in the west, minus the hold of The Reach, which is pretty much a chaos formally under the rule of the Despot of Markarth, and with heavy Reachmen invasions.
Winterhold was capitol of Skyrim back in the First Era until the rule of High King Borgas. After him, there was the War of Succession among the Jarls, until Olaf One-Eye was crowned new High King, and it's safe to assume the capitol was moved to Whiterun, from the events we know from the game of Skyrim. We also know that High King Erling ruled from Solitude, the high king before Logrulf, whose death resulted in the split in Skyrim in an Easter and Western half, until, in the Third Era, Skyrim reunifies under Pelagius, this time from Solitude.
So the correct answer is that under the current time in ESO, Eastern Skyrim's capitol is Eastmarch, and Western Skyrim is ruled from Solitude.
