No, you won't lose it, but it will reset so you have to claim it "tomorrow" after 7 pm, basically moving the whole rewards calender back a day. As long as you don't miss enough days that you can't reach the end of the available rewards before the end of the month, you should get all the rewards.

Interestingly the last two days have crates that aren't marked as Crown items. Hopefully that's not a remnant of the bug.

If/when they fix it. Wouldn't a solution be to just stack up the items, that are the same. Instead of getting 1 crate on 2 days, we get 2 crates on 1 day. etc with some of the other items, till it adds up

I was able to claim the first days scroll but was never able to receive the 5 crown crates from the end of last month.

Feeling super disappointed.

Some people have mentioned not being able to claim a reward from last month's lineup, but I'm guessing that wasn't a glitch. The official reset time for the new month was 0:00 UTC July 1st which was still June 30th for some people (5pm PDT for instance) because of time zones. But that doesn't mean you were going to get another day of June rewards. The countdown to month reset expired and the new month began, so if you were expecting another June reward once the July month began I doubt ZOS will do anything as that's just how the system works. For those who logged in each and every day there was still almost a week of cushion time left at the end of the month, so they have given ample room to miss a day here and there.

Daily reward is still half broken. If you relog before claiming it then it resets to another wait even when it was available.

so i was able to claim thew exp scroll for the first day but where is my 5 crates from the las day of june? you dont need to be discussing compensation because the compensation is the 5 crates that everyone missed. duh

I didn't miss them. Most people didn't miss them. There was enough time in the month to claim them for people who didn't miss many days for whatever reason. There were 20 rewards to claim in 24-25 days. You had to miss 4-5 days to not be able to claim the final reward.
That is how it is supposed to work.

This month is the one where nobody could claim rewards because of issues, not just people who had other plans or forgot to claim them.

I could get the first daily reward yesterday, but today the second daily reward is still at 21h, meaning i will have a miss on one of the reward.

My wife could not get the reward yesterday, but got the first daily this morning and this evening the second daily reward, and the timer started for the 3rd reward.

So ? bug still ?

Definitely at least a bug where if you have a reward waiting to be claimed in the notifications then you relog before claiming it, it will reset the timer and you will lose out on claiming that reward.

They reset at 8pm EDT(daylight savings time now).

You may have fallen to the same bug I had if you logged in at the right time and/or switched characters.

I was playing this morning after work (July 3, I work third shift) and cant log on now to claim the reward which were apparently operational again after I had went to bed..... so I will be down a day no matter what because I wasnt able to claim anything while I was on.

@ZOS_GinaBruno so am I just SoL now?

No, you can adjust for those. They told us outright that it resets on a certain time GMT and 8pm ET because of that.
I can verify that I see the reset every day at 7pm CDT, central daylight time, where I am.

The month also starts, technically, one day early for me in my timezone because it becomes July 1st on June 30th 7pm CDT for me. Every free crown crate event has been this same weird day/timezone issue also.
1) You must have misunderstood their directions.
2) You still managed to not claim a reward on 4 days minimum for whatever reason. Either you logged in one day before 8pm EDT and logged out before 8pm EDT or never claimed the next after 8pm EDT before you logged out and then logged in the next day after 8pm EDT, missing a full 24 hours, or you were just gone for multiple days.

I have never missed a reward and was done multiple days before the end of the month last month. I started being able to claim them the same day as everyone else.
This month is different due to the issues that occurred and continue to occur with the daily rewards system.
I know how this works well. That is why it bugging out on me after saying I had a reward to be claimed before I relogged, at 7:13pm CDT after reset at 7pm CDT when that specific reward became available, which then switched to 23hXXm after relog is so frustrating. I had a reward available until I relogged even if the relog only took 60 seconds from 7:13pm CDT to 7:14pm CDT.

If you did miss them for Xbox Live or PSN downtimes or Steam outages then you should have corroborating information from forum posts here and should submit a support ticket from the support link at the top bar of this page.
That is the only reason, other than your own bad timing and lack of effort to ensure you get the daily rewards, that could explain missing 4 days minimum of the daily rewards from June 5th to June 30th.

FYI, there were only 20 rewards to claim between June 5th and 30th.

Then Sunday rolls over and he can't claim his rewards and it's a problem Never assume the month reset before the rewards were able to be claimed, There was a bug in the program regarding their calendar going forward a month that didn't properly reset.

Saturday the 30th at 5pm PDT/8pm EDT the month was reset to July. If you're saying that prior to that time on the 30th (specifically June 29 5pm PDT/8pm EDT - June 30 4:59pm PDT/7:59pm EDT) you were unable to claim a reward during those 24 hrs then indeed that sounds like a glitch. Otherwise the monthly reset was always set to occur at 5pm PDT June 30th and there was no more time to collect June rewards.

Saturday was too late. You probably collected that after 8pm on Friday before.

GMT is "Greenwich Mean Time".
They're ahead of us because they are east of us. You know the old saying "the sun rises in the east and sets in the west". They will always be on tomorrow before we are.

July 1st on the daily rewards started at 8pm EDT on June 30th for those of us in the US.

You still missed more than just that one last day though. You could have missed up to 3 more days. Where did those go for you give that 8pm to 8pm timeframe you had to login and claim the reward?

When July first lunched it had 30 days and I counted 23 rewards. Now when I can actually claim a reward there are 27 days and only 20 rewards. Just found this interesting.

That was intentional by a post by Gina Bruno. They don't want people to get too close to the month end with their last reward. It doesn't have a full 30 days so people can actually claim them all without having no vacation time. Also, the month still needs to reset to the new month at the same time.

There's nothing requiring them to, and I'd rather they not over something as trivial as daily rewards. Because the beggars will come out of the woodwork for anything perceived as a larger or longer issue than this.

Sometimes you just have to appreciate the effort to correct the error and move on.
