Daily Rewards reset if you relog with unclaimed reward! Do not relog without claiming!

I just claimed my xp scroll at 7:58ET/6:58CT pm and had my next daily reward waiting 2 minutes later becuase of reset. I decided to claim it on another character so I relogged and my timer reset to "23h46m until next reward"!
I'm royally p*****! This is not fixed.
Do not relog without claiming a daily reward! It will reset on you.

✭I was able to claim the reward that was available yesterday when I logged in and immediately did so today.
This is still broken though. If I had relogged to another character before claiming it then it would have reset.
I am hesitant to test because of the very few remaining days to get everything and the fact that it pushes everything back a day.
