Just came across this.....thing. Don't know exactly what to call this, as I've never seen this before.
Players were blinking in and out. Not a nightblade, but one or two DK's and a sorc...couldn't touch or target them but for the briefest moment.
If this is server, I'm really hoping a fix comes down soon. With Midyear Mayhem just around the corner, this kind of stuff will only get worse. The servers are already full of unbelievable lag and freezes...Midyear Mayhem is going to be a nightmare of epic proportions.

Its simply disgusting how we are treated. But with so much forum censorship it's really hard to get a movement going to force ZOS to address the PvP community formally instead of just zoning us out.8 -
Argruna✭✭✭I've....I've actually seen that before. I don't pvp but I tend to lurk just to see how pvp changes will affect my pve build and ESO had something like that happen with Meteor spam. Like they could just cast it over and over and over again with no pause. This looks just like that but instead of Meteor, they are spamming Undo.1 -

The BG was like that the entire match. Both teams.

✭✭✭✭✭I was seeing this a bit tonight. Even with summoned pets. Something is just up with the serversI think. Had a lot of audio queues that I would drink a potion for example, but it never gets consumed. Abilities not firing for 2 seconds. TBH I think things got worse this last patch.

It would be a lot less damaging to ESO/ZOS doing that then having a pvp event with it's current state....

I'd say Server. I've never seen hackers, or at least blatant hackers on Console. This is happening on PC (EU) too, but it is, in my experience, not hacking. Actually the same thing also happens in any non-PvP environment that player chars fade in and out. Just go sit at any wayshrine with lots of traffic and you will see it.

✭✭I haven't been to Cyrodiil since update, except for some quick treasure map collecting. But I saw something similar in PvE a week ago... I was waiting for BG queue inside building, and suddenly saw how other player's character appeared and started teleporting from one container to other (supposedly looting them). The character's body didn't show any movement (as if he was actually running) - he was just standing still, appearing near container for a moment, then disappearing, and after a moment appearing at next container
Then he noticed I watch him, stopped doing it and stayed at one place, and started talking to me about some random things. I told him I saw him teleporting and said this was probably lag. This was weird...
In pvp I also remember during first double AP test we had widespread bug with invisible players, both enemies and allies - but those were completely invisible all the time, only effects which they cast were visible. And the video from original post looks similar to that old bug, except those players look like Nightcrawler clones teleporting and appearing to strike enemy or break free, looks cool but also really weird I'm looking forward to double AP, but not looking forward to encounter such things
