jewelry inspiration

all my characters receive inspiration when delivering a crafting jewelry writ except the main crafter that has lv 34 crafting jewelry and all passives unlocked at that level. The others all have lv 4 only now. Is this a bug or some hidden feature?

Pyr0xyrecuprotite✭✭✭✭✭FYI: The JC writ inspiration issue is confirmed fixed (tested ok for me) in incremental patch 4.0.9 on June 11 (PC/NA). The patch for consoles may be another week or two.0
