✭Aaaand it's a problem with Steam linked accounts again. You can circumvent this by starting the game via the eso64.exe1 -

Just re-posting this in case it got lost.
Logging in through steam produces Connection timed out message.
I was able to bypass this by using the ESO64.exe in my steam folder though. So the remaining issue may only be affecting steam users???0 -

Using steam it should be located under
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\eso64.exe

Do you have any information regarding a Steam issue:
1. Run Steam normally -> ESO launches Bethesda launcher
2. Run Steam as Administrator -> ESO launches Steam launcher
It's kind of annoying to be forced to run it elevated every time.
Also, restarting Steam/Game didn't work, still connection is timed out

I just got home and am having issues logging into the game on EU PC, on Steam. It's requesting login for a while, then getting a timeout. Looks like it's time for another xp event soon
Two days of issues now. Are the hamsters getting enough quality food
