I want equitable compensation for the 3 minutes it took for Gina to respond to the forum posts. 3 minutes is just unacceptable - I demand at least 2 min response time on all Tuesdays.

My post was much better then this! But still. having this problem:

Trying to login with CORRECT login information, it fails with the error: "your account name or password might be incorrect, and if you have purchased the game trough steam, try login trough steam client"

Tried too request new password from homepage because I've allways used the ZOS client and not steam.
But when I tried the link in my email I got jumped too a ESO login screen with "You cannot reset your password at this time."

Please fix as I have a raid soon Thanks.

I get a screen that asks if I want to link my account with steam, it wants my login name and password then just cycles and asks the same thing again

It is funny that it keeps telling me to link my Steam account with my ESO account. They are already linked, tried to link them again just to see if it would let me in.....nope. lol

Oh, good. It's not just me. I was starting to get concerned. The fact that the place it directs you to in order to check your account is also under maintenance doesn't help.

On the plus side, this gives me time to decide how I want to update my magsorc's build and if I want to return to pet, I guess.

dont think it has anything to do with steam. had this game since beta, and i have the same login issue

The account pages are offline just now with an apology page shown.

Gotta say it's not as if we did not predict this - especially for EU server.

I was literally just in game and pressed "back" by mistake instead of logging onto another toon as I'd intended and now I can't get back in. UGH!

I never play it on Steam and it is not linked to Steam in any way. Both accounts purchased 100% from the ZOS Store.
