    Looks like something is not regestering that you all bought the game. I say this because i started a second account a while back and had not bought the game onbthat account. I got the same mesaage.

    I get this message for PC EU and I play the game without Steam. I started with a hardcopy and upgraded via digital purchase here.

    I have the same problem. I use Steam and now the ESO client is behaving like my account would not exist. And I cant access my account here too. When I try to login....nothing.

    Yes. I always open the launcher through Steam, and my accounts have been linked since I started playing.
