Announcement Popup needs to go

Please make the announcement popup toggle-able in the settings or at least stop it from coming up after the first time per day. You have the option on the menu if we want it.

they will probably add log in reward into that window. It's handy when you can claim it immediately after you log in instead of picking them up from some menu. but showing it once a day woyld be enough.

Doubt it. Login reward will be "per account" while this announcement displays not only for different characters, but also for the same character. It's annoying AF, I treat it more like UI error than announcement.

Agreed, it's like those micro transaction mobile games. Where you can't do anything without seeing an ad for something. Annoying, needs a disable option.

It's not only annoying because it's so big but also after logging in each of my characters i get it everytime and my stupid game freezes for a short time and i can't click it X'D
i really hope they add an option to hide it or fix that bug to show only one announcement pop-up log in per account...
please...

It is not once everyday. It is everytime you log in. The previous one was okey because it did not pop up 1 million times and it had a somewhat relevant info.

I do as someone else suggested and bug report it everytime I log in.

To be fair, I do like to see what the latest things are (sometimes) and I understand our "Claim Reward" option is on that screen (starting June 5th) so I can argue for having it once per day. As most of pointed out, it's the constant bombardment of it on every character load that's annoying. I crashed about 8 times yesterday and switched characters adding up to seeing that screen with the same content about 30 times yesterday. Icky.

Get rid of it. No need to show it every single character log-in; once a day is enough. No need to take up the whole screen. No need to advertise stuff I already own. There's really no need at all for this, especially in a B2P game, especially for accounts that subscribe.

Looks nicer than old one, but still quite pointless. I don't believe it has ever been useful to me. Not even once. I know about events from the official forums and reddit and I have zero interest in buying cosmetic.

But one click/alt and it is closed.

What I think is stupid is not only that we are bombarded with this GIGANTIC advertisement when we log in to any character, but also the fact they added an 'Announcement' tab as well. Was this REALLY necessary ZOS?!?

Annoying when doing writs. Once per day was perfect. On every login screen- its really annoying and seems like an ui error.

Either remove them or put a toggle in Settings to "Show announcements on login" in OFF by default. I really dislike that useless feature.

Please disable ads for stuff I already own. I'm standing in Summerset, why do I need to see a full page ad trying to get me to buy Summerset? Really? Is your programming that unintuitive that you can't tell what stuff I've already bought?
