Give grand overlords a special mount or a cape/costume

Titles are lame. I agree with the general view of this. PvE rewards run a wide gamut of cool toys. Why shouldn't PvP get some of this? What is there except Grand Overlord and Emperor Costume and some colors?

I believe with next chapter update they're adding more Cyro only PvP goodies in that regard.

Hopefully it will net some good stuff and perhaps draw in some new blood at the same time.

I agree. Xbox is littered with terrible GOs. That said I don’t see a mechanism where the good players can be determined by ZOS. Determining PVP skill isn’t like VMA or other quantifiable measures.

This is all cool stuff but has nothing to do with fun rewards. Why not give PvP rewards like unlocking a cool mount, uniform, etc. I think its a great idea. Simultaneously and totally unrelated I'm excited about the pvp changes you linked.

If someone PVDoored their way to 64 million AP and somehow aren't competent at PVP by the end of that, I salute them for that impressive accomplishment. Its hard to do that much of something and learn nothing from it.

Before the Outpost/Keep mass flipping exploit I would’ve said yes.

Ranks just aren’t impressive anymore. I’ve seen Palatines and Legates who do no more than light attack spam.

Thanks for the suggestion! Giving Grand Overlords some sort of visual signifier a bit flashier than a dye is a really fun idea and we can definitely understand why players would want one. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee this idea will be used, but we always love hearing the community's suggestions and feedback and hope you'll all continue to share them in the future.

@ZOS_Holden I know that profitability is the main issue here.

Can confirm, the vast majority of Grand Overlords would buy a sick costume or mount from the Crown Store. GOs are committed, long term players who care about the game, and most of us spend money on it. The costume or mount just has to be solid.

Go is basically just time played. you can have no clue what you do but if you are running around on the same chara then you get AP and you rank up. Why would ZOS reward you with just playing one char cuz they want to sell increase char spots, bag and mount upgrades too. ALso they get a title and 5 stars around their head. that should be all they need or want to get ot that rank. why else would you want GO? also let's be honest; its 2018 - who gives much care about rank after all the pve door and ap abuse ect that has gone on.

We can get big flashy Decoy Elder Scrolls for housing at least. But yeah I'm in no way opposed to getting other stuff, might encourage some people to make the push for that last 10-20 million AP!

For someone who leached their way to a GO back then, yeah it sure is.

There's a lot of other people coming up to it now though and I've always felt there is a lack of achievement given from the game for earning over 64million AP.
