This is highly annoying, same as the loading screen in mournhold in front of the woodworking station. PLS fix that. Nothing against a loading screen somewhere, i mean they are short and all, but still if its happening somewhere u go often it really gets annoying after a while.

I know, still i think ZOS should have a look at it, since those screens happen at very populated spots where people walk along very often and due to that happen way too often.

It's to keep you from being lagged to the point of not being able to move. Your character is being moved to a less crowded instance. IOW, it's intentional.

Well calling it intentional is something i dont get, okay maybe the emeric jester is just located problematic, right in between two wayshrines, one is causing no loading screen because u get instanced right immediately, the other area also close but doesnt count the people around the emeric jester in, just when u leave daggerfall for the jester then, it starts recognizing: "hey, too many people here!" lets egt another instance...in that case u still know, even if sending u to another instance is the reason, i still think its not made really good here, or at least the jester is located bad then.
so this explanation works out for emeric-jester, but not for mournhold. i am expecting, that when i port to mournhold and have that loading screen while port, i am getting send to a good instance already. the woodworking bench is really close to the wayshrine. so why would the game just send me, after i arrived in mournhold already, to another instance. i know sometimes people just move into mournhold from outside, or something else like that, but wouldnt it be more smart then, to solve the problem then for the people entering mournhold after me, instead of them entering mournhold and reinstancing me instead of?
i dunno...its weird, even if its an explanation, i dont think it's erm....perfectly solved. i also remember, the woodworking loading screen has been around quite a long time, but also has been gone for a long time as well. we also had such a loading screen when leaving elden root tree and at the stairs in mournhold. all those loading screen have been removed somehow seemingly, i dont think, zos wouldnt be able to deal those two loading screens as well
My experience is that the sudden loading screens are a console issue. Honestly, it's one of the main things that convinced me to switch to PC. I'd be walking through a city and *whack* loading screen out of nowhere. Go through an area I've been through countless times with no issue, and suddenly get loading screens, even when I wasn't in a crowd. The sudden immersion break where it doesn't belong got really annoying.
The same sorts of places may cause my FPS to drop on PC, but at least I can keep moving freely.
I'm really not sure if it's always caused by server load or objects on screen plus server load or what. For me, it was a quality of life issue in the game that made the console version less attractive.
