best fix? lol, that would literaly make the CC unbreakable for a short while. That is the worst fix possible.
But they could reduce the time it takes for the target to fly from point A to B. Seriously though, the rubber banding has to stop, it looks like trash and makes it really hard to follow up with another attack. Can you guys please have a look at the knockback/CC from Binding/Aurora Javelin? In pvp healers or bad Templars spam the throwing spear and it let's me slide around like I'm scrambling to get up. When That happens I just hope the pugs won't capitalize on me sliding around for 10 seconds. I'd say just change the skill, it's poorly designed for templar as it knocks the enemy out of your jab range. In before I'm criticized for not playing a Templar. I have a altmer and an argonian.

As a DPS Warden, Sorcerer, Templar, or NB, you will pretty much by default ignore your own class ultimates and use Destro in every situation. (Even as a DK, destro ultimate is more useful in anything not a stationary single target boss fight, which the developers haven't made in a long time).
That's a pretty strong sign that the destro ultimate is too powerful.

Is it better than class ultimates sure, but the fact remains that this is a Nerf to magicka aoe which is already behind stamina. Regardless of how small of a Nerf it is, it's still ridiculous that they continue to take away from those who are already totally at the bottom of the meta

Instead of nerfing the pve morph of destro ult, buff class ults if that's the case?

So what about templar radiant destruction/sweeps fix? In previous pts it was broken even more.

Was the purple ring drop issue in VMA ever fixed?
Since the 1 tamriel patch I believe it was, purple rings from sets such as winterborn, parabellem, and hunt leader have not dropped in vet maelstrom arena.
I was wondering this myself. Are winterborn rings supposed to exist or no?
Earthgore's HEALING is the problem, nerf that please.
Otherwise, decent notes.
are the storage chests still 200k telvar? way too expensive!!
Yeah looks like ZOS is trying hard to bring some life in IC.
Well ZOS... you will bring couple of hundreds of new players there and a dozen of gang players with OP gang builds.
As result you will get a dozen of happy players and hundreds of frustrated players - does'n look like a healthy ratio to me!
I repeat myself! There should not be telvar thievery mechanics in the game when there is such an imbalanced combat system.
If you want to make players exchange telvars during the fight then make an arena or a duel mode where players would compete against each other for those telvars!
Sorry, that change to Earthgore was mediocre... Earthgore is still way too strong. Make it last longer but decrease the healing it gives per unit of time might be a better alternative.

Again... It's only a Problem for PVP. They should make it simple for everyone. leave the set as it is and change the items in Cyrodiil, or do not allow monster sets for PVP or what so ever.
It's total ***, that for example the monster sets do not crit anymore just because of PVP. Every PVE-Player was happy and the boss monster never complain when they died. the DLC-Dungeons are hard enough. no Reason to nerf everything.

How about shadow image, is that being fixed for update 17? How about cloak? How about draining shot?
Thanks.
The shade is working as intended on live now, it was recently fixed. Now you can go out of it's range, cast it (fail to teleport), after that return to it's range, cast teleport and it will successfully port you back to it.

PVP not at all, ever, no interest
Then make decisions that affect both worlds according to player participation instead of treating them as equals just because.
I would eat my pants if someday in the patch notes i would read this:
"Introducing some major Fixes and Improvement to Cyrodiil reducing the Latency Issues in prime time significantly while also increasing the Player Limit to 350 per Alliance."
Man this would be a mark in ESO history. Everybody would cry for happyness and soooo many players would come back and bring new players.
@Zeni: Don´t let me dream, make it happen
Its really sad how Cyro performance has fallen. On launch it was 600 players per alliance, torchbugs and other animals were still alive and it worked like that:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64bBvOKxnVE
Now, barely 100 players per side, most animals killed off and its still insane lagfest ;/
Make Cyrodill great again!

guys, look at earthgore cooldown - its so easy to counter it even now. Fix is nice and it makes it balanced already.

When you have a full Aoe heal, effective immortality/partial reset for 3s every 30s it is annoying. Then get a group of 6 running it. Probably earth gore is above 15s. (some overlap)
The aoe removal was unique and balanced, helped counter the negate spam some groups do. Was even good for pve.
