    In pvp healers or bad Templars spam the throwing spear and it let's me slide around like I'm scrambling to get up. When That happens I just hope the pugs won't capitalize on me sliding around for 10 seconds. I'd say just change the skill, it's poorly designed for templar as it knocks the enemy out of your jab range. In before I'm criticized for not playing a Templar. I have a altmer and an argonian.

    I doubt any of the good magplars will criticize you. Most of us hated the change for the exact reason you stated. We wanted a cc that keeps enemies in range of sweeps. Not one that pushes them out.

    I do know why "PvEers" (which is an odd term. I PvP and PvE. What arbitrary label are you going to attach to me?) can not grasp the idea that something can overperform in that part of the game as well.

    As a DPS Warden, Sorcerer, Templar, or NB, you will pretty much by default ignore your own class ultimates and use Destro in every situation. (Even as a DK, destro ultimate is more useful in anything not a stationary single target boss fight, which the developers haven't made in a long time).

    That's a pretty strong sign that the destro ultimate is too powerful.

    Is it better than class ultimates sure, but the fact remains that this is a Nerf to magicka aoe which is already behind stamina. Regardless of how small of a Nerf it is, it's still ridiculous that they continue to take away from those who are already totally at the bottom of the meta

    I do know why "PvEers" (which is an odd term. I PvP and PvE. What arbitrary label are you going to attach to me?) can not grasp the idea that something can overperform in that part of the game as well.

    As a DPS Warden, Sorcerer, Templar, or NB, you will pretty much by default ignore your own class ultimates and use Destro in every situation. (Even as a DK, destro ultimate is more useful in anything not a stationary single target boss fight, which the developers haven't made in a long time).

    That's a pretty strong sign that the destro ultimate is too powerful.

    I think the difference is, most class ults add some sort of strong utility along with the damage they do. Destro ult is just straight damage.

    But I do agree some class ults definitely could do with a damage increase

    I don't understand what do you expect making some class more weaker. Is mana sorc OP now in PVE? No, stamina classes have 1 step now.

    What do you expect from me (and player like me who dont leave in this game 24/7 but support you with money) after nerfing some class. I wont spend money for support, I feel I want to quit from this. That is your goal?

    All streamers, theorycrafting builders tried on PTS and than explained that off balance changes will make things weaker, and your responce is nothing.

    I spend a lot of time for some class, did it main, unlocked quests/achievements, spend money to support your company, and you just nerf, nerf, nerf AND NERF?

    Again I dont understand what do you expect from players like me after this changing?
    Can you explain?

    More than what about now? How to enjoy game if you know that after a couple of weeks things will be nerfed??? How to ENJOY THE GAME?

    No fix on Puncturing Sweeps not healing and doing less damage (including the Burning Light passive) than on Live ?

    That fix should be in the next PTS patch.

    @jbjondeaueb17_ESO @West93 In case you don't want to wait for the notes In the ESO Live stream they said they fixed the healing bug, it now heals correctlyt, and that they couldn't fix the miss match between animation and hit point, so they just made its hit box 6 meters wide up from 5 meters.

    Again Live Stream, they said they are adding a Cooldown so that there will only be so many Power Lashes you can get off in a row. However it was still more than one. If I understood correctly it was basically because Off-Balance will have windows of up time and Cooldown. So that a Power Lash wont use up the Off-Balance, but after X amount of time it will drop off and they will be immune to being set off Balance. Not being a magDK person it did sound like a good balance between gutting a magDK but still nerfing the endless Power Lash that so many hate.

    Other:
    - Keep the "bugged" off-balance on the PTS but remove the extra resource return and extra damage off-balance give you. This would be a big buff for magDK in PvE and make them more viable again. If you want to lower damage, nerf the exploiter passive.

    I repeat myself! There should not be telvar thievery mechanics in the game when there is such an imbalanced combat system.

    If you want to make players exchange telvars during the fight then make an arena or a duel mode where players would compete against each other for those telvars!

    A.) Run a 1VX build. B.) Bank (or logout, since that’s still bugged) when you have a sizeable amount. C.) Run with friends. D.) Know when flight is the best option. Any or all of those options work.

    The back and forth of reclaiming TV from someone who ganked a friend (or you) is part of the completion that makes IC so fun. I used to hate it, until I spent more time there. Now it’s my favourite zone in the game.

    It’s not just because of PvP. It’s a valid concern in PvE if the equipment provides so much power, be it DPS or healing. In fact everything ZOS has done since Morrowind was a desperate try to reign in that gear power. I understand it’s fun seeing all those procs and big numbers attached to it. But gear itself shouldn’t contribute to a big part of player power.

    guys, look at earthgore cooldown - its so easy to counter it even now. Fix is nice and it makes it balanced already.

    The shade is working as intended on live now, it was recently fixed. Now you can go out of it's range, cast it (fail to teleport), after that return to it's range, cast teleport and it will successfully port you back to it.

    Not correct, it does work alot more stabile on live, but it does fail. Have about 4-5 casts per day on average where it just doesnt teleport you back. (while being within range)

    Would really like to see the population numbers on PVP vs PVE like people who:

    PVP 100% of the time

    PVP/PVE are 50%/50%

    PVP only once or twice a week

    PVP not at all, ever, no interest

    Then make decisions that affect both worlds according to player participation instead of treating them as equals just because.

    You don't need official stats to know that.

    PvP 100% of the time -> 0,1% of playerbase
    PvP never -> 90-95% of playerbase

    Its really sad how Cyro performance has fallen. On launch it was 600 players per alliance, torchbugs and other animals were still alive and it worked like that:

    When you have a full Aoe heal, effective immortality/partial reset for 3s every 30s it is annoying. Then get a group of 6 running it. Probably earth gore is above 15s. (some overlap)

    The aoe removal was unique and balanced, helped counter the negate spam some groups do. Was even good for pve.

    If changes are made to tabards please allow them to be VISIBLE over a COSTUME should the player choose. @ZOS_GinaBruno Also can we have guild vs guild combat in guild halls.
