This effectively makes him a mass-murderer of townsfolk.Some people may consider him part of a good storyline with a difficult decision but I wonder whether it goes too far.
Then he refuses to let you heal one of the remaining refugee townspeople unless you let him go free. If you choose not to give in to his blackmail he commits suicide and the other person dies too.@patrick_smyth PC EU Server
