The 'solo' part of this community is so toxic. Pretty sure ESO is sold as a mmo, otherwise its be just another skyrim, no servers needed. Install and play with yourself in the corner sort of game.

Holy crap please don't encourage people to do group dungeons when they're only level 10. They won't have any passives unlocked, and won't have any of their skills maxed or even morphed at that point. They'd just end up being a useless carry for everyone else in the dungeon.phileunderx2 wrote: »Easy way to do this is roll a new character. Get them to level 10 .make a healer or tank. Que for random. This way you will get all easy dungeons . Even better if you have cp to give your baby character.

Eh, if you look at this thread, there's plenty of "toxic" anti-solo commentary. One might even include yours.
And as someone else pointed out "Massive, Multiplayer, Online" does not automatically mean grouped content. Interacting with other people you run across in open-world content, interacting in chat, and interacting via the economy (buying/selling/crafting/etc) are all aspects of Online, Multiplayer, and Massive. /shrug
That said... yeah, the OP's complaint is silly. And I say this as a solo MMOer.
(oh, yeah - let's not forget that the vast majority of MMOs in the last 5-10 years have gone out of their way to have plenty of content that's "solo accessible" and moved away from the EQ1-esque group-or-die model. It's good for business. But again, yeah, that doesn't mean that I, as a solo player, should expect to be able to do everything. That's just a silly complaint. I play solo, and I accept that this means there will be things - dungeons, raiding/trials, battlegrounds, whatever - that I won't be able to do. No big deal.)
Would prefer that their were some events that force you to group. Make some friends. It won't kill you

So much this.Damn that ZOS! Locking a grouping event behind... wait for it... grouping. The horror!
What will they do next? Lock a Cyrodiil event in Cyrodiil? What are they thinking?

“We don’t even use the term MMO with The Elder Scrolls Online anymore, because really it’s not,” game director Matt Firor says. “MMO was a term coined in 1997 with Ultima Online, EverQuest, and Dark Age of Camelot – we are not that game.”

Since then the company has denounced that comment and for genre on the game it says mmorpg.

You know the majority of your players solo, right?

you realize your precious solo game will have no players soon you ding *** never stay around anyway. you complain about the people who actually play MMO's while playing aMMO. here is your solo game its ever damn zone in the game no go play the other 99% of the game . i really hope development teams learn there lesson from listening to you fol;ks . id rather have a smaller population that stuck with the game 3 or more years then have a larger churn population of cry babies.
Been here since 2014, sport. 3 years and counting, how about that, huh?And I do play 99% of the game, as 99% of the game is soloable ( and kind of why i'd expect events to be soloable, but go figure ). Also, making the majority of the game soloable is what saved this game back when it was tanking. Oh, yeah. You forgot about that. lol

Its an mmo for gods sake. Dont expect to get everything by being antisocial! Yeesh.
Guess what? MMO doesn't mean forced grouping, it just means other people are in the same world as you. Also, again, most players in ESO solo.
