Its not locked...and it's an MMO. Props to Zos for encouraging players to play with each other...again, it's an MMO

Go look at the basic definition of MMO...
M - Massively
M - Multiplayer
O - Online
ESO is, arguably, massive.
ESO is obviously multiplayer..
ESO is online....
To be frank, Firor was pulling crap out of thin air when he said that.

Morrowind doesn't equal DLC? Yes I know off topic, but since this is Zenimax and we are going to go by your terminology to defend Zenimax, only fair.
Just because something is Massively Mulitplayer Online doesn't mean it has to be. Heck if even 25% or even 1 % play the game as a single player experience then it's not 100% Multiplayer. Doesn't Multiplayer mean working with other people? So we can see that Elder Scrolls Online can also be a single player game that requires online connection. So Elder Scrolls Online is NOT a true MMO then going by your definition.

ZOS says it's not an mmo. I choose to believe them, since they make the game. lolTwohothardware wrote: »This post doesn't even make sense lol. You do know how the Dungeon finder works right? You're right, your post makes no sense. I don't have to group, just join with 3 other players.
I'm pretty sure they're stress-testing the Finder tool and looking for abnormalities in the process that need fixed/tweaked/patched. So they get to compile a substantial amount of data on their end, and we get compensated for any headaches that may occur during the event.

you realize your precious solo game will have no players soon you ding *** never stay around anyway. you complain about the people who actually play MMO's while playing aMMO. here is your solo game its ever damn zone in the game no go play the other 99% of the game . i really hope development teams learn there lesson from listening to you fol;ks . id rather have a smaller population that stuck with the game 3 or more years then have a larger churn population of cry babies.

Is there some Dps afraid to feel busted in a dungeon?
You might just run normal and be done within a few minutes.
Anyway, if you hate having to deal with other people, play skyrim
Because some content such a group dungeons are meant for groups and are tuned to having the trinity of tank, healer, and damage dealers, so the group finder sorts people according to the role they have chosen. Some experienced players may have a hybrid tank-dd and healer-dd and two pure dd, but they still queue by role. You can pre-make a group before going into the group finder so you won't be paired with random people. You can of course go solo into a dungeon and beat it if it is easy enough and you are good enough. So why not have options where just 4 people can get together and just have fun and not worry about being in a group and someone getting upset because the other people are not what they say they are or what other people expect what others should do?
Maybe let us que up where we all play the game single player and let us play together that way?

If being completely anti-social on an mmo is your thing, then maybe you should see a therapist.
