It's when they all gravitate to one faction - that's where the problem is. Cus it just means that no matter what happens in primetime, it's that smallish bunch of nightcappers that decide the outcome of the whole campaign.
Been like that in PC-EU CP campaigns for about 2 years now.

✭✭For all the "but but but timezones" police, what people complain about when they complain about "nightcappers" is people who pvdoor, or who will refuse to engage enemy players and then call it "pvp".
If at some point in the day (morning, noon, afternoon, night, whenever) one campaign has low pop for DC and EP but high for AD, and another campaign has low pop for AD and EP but high for DC, you are facing people who would rather screw over the score in their favour on one campaign instead of competing for score on a campaign with actual adversaries.
