So ... major and minor expedition. Are those the only things that increase sneak speed now? Oh and I guess the Steed Mundus LOL!

Since Vampire is meta on literally every single build and they "fixed" Night's Silence and Shadow Dancer's Raiment making these sets totally useless what am I left with for helping sneak faster?
