Remove some of the empty campaigns to help funnel the population into a smaller number of campaigns.
Give a second campaign for CP to help alleviate the performance issues that campaign has (Maybe have Vivec (CP), Vivec 2 (CP)(obviously will be named differently though), Sotha Sil (No CP), Kyne(>50))
Better rewards for pvp in general
keep cp out of battlegrounds or at least make a CP and a no cp queue. my only fear with that is that itll further divide the player base and thus increase queue times.
Just some random thoughts off the top of my head
Everyone zergs, everyone tanks, everyone shield stacks, everyone shield ult, everyone resto ult... It's boring af. The is 0 incentives to go to Cyrodiil... AP is losing value as we speak because we have 3 empty servers with a few ppl just trading keeps and caping flags. Awesome, engaging pvp experience...
Overall I am content with PVP. I typically play large-group PvP, and am generally in very large battles, so graphical lag can rarely be a small issue, but otherwise I almost never have the lag others describe. Since lag can result from so many possible sources, many that are user-side (their ISP, graphics card, hard drives, graphics settings, slow-ups at problem nodes between player and game servers, etc.), I realize people playing on a potato or with potato Internet aren't going to get the same results. This is best seen when one person in group complains of lag and asks if others have any, and everyone else says no.
My biggest complaint is the loading screen system. It is terribly buggy (i.e. when a group is repairing a door and it kicks a few people over to load screen--leaves your toon standing outside, unprotected, often killed quickly while you sit in the load screen), and can even hit someone randomly riding among the hills for no reason at all. Load screen issues are a daily occurrence. The load screen appearance conditions appear to be part of an intentional system, and as such seem fixable. So why not fix them, ZOS, why not?
PvP is like call of duty now. Unskilled mobs from all 3 sides running around just mashing buttons.
All the relevant skills from each class have been nerfed to the point that they are so weak it's just laughable. There's no longer any skill involved, all the good players are probably making better use of their time. I don't see any of the old regulars from any of the factions in PVP anymore. Zos has nerfed the game into the ground. No idea where we go from here.
