0 so far, the drop rate is (for any sane farming player) effectively 0 %.
To add insult to injury they have added the style to the list of style for the Master Writs. That is a really, really dump idea.

Update: I now bought every page from guild traders, and learned them on my crafter. Even if I find this motif hideous, and even if crafted sets become relevant/interesting there are 50 other more attractive styles to use. I did it for the satisfaction of completing another motif, really (at 200k-250k per page... ah well).

I'd rather spend my time in a fun way rather than running in circles fighting for chests. The prices are obscene, but with drop rates so low, I can't really blame people from taking advantage of the rare drop.

But I still welcome new motifs. There can never be too many motifs.

I want all achievements on my main character, but I started learning all motifs on my first character who is my crafter.

On xb1 eu, farmed 10 of them and bought the remaining ones from my duplicates profits.
I've ended up In profit.
I used to do a 60 chest loop nearly blindfold for fours a day for 1 month.
Before the patch I would get one every 2-3 days then after patch about 1-2 days.
It's just a numbers game, put in the solid hours of farming only and you will get there.

Zero and will wait until the price drops considerably, if it ever does.

Once I got an addon to keep track on where all the possible chest locations are this became way easier to grind. Not got half the motif pages and not really grinded all that much to get them either. And the gold I get from opening all the chests have helped me buy the other motifs I don't have, and once I have them all I can start to sell them.

I normally pay attention to my drops, but I somehow completely missed a page of the motif being looted into my inventory about a week ago. All I know is that it came from somewhere in Forgotten Wastes, which at the time I got the motif, contained the very last non-Trial Vvardenfell quest I needed to do. Weirdly, I hardly opened any chests at all in the dungeon due to not seeing many. I finished the dungeon and the quest, went back to Vivec City to empty my bag, and boom, motif page in my inventory. I was tempted to sell, but I'm a collector, so I learned it. One down...too many to go! I knew it was a rare drop, but seeing in this thread how few people have gotten even one page kinda drives the fact home.
