I have no way of knowing . It,seems like a very low percentage of players run trials.

    Yes I run trials.
    You will get a skewed result here. Forum users are much more likely to do trials than the general population.

    I find that in most MMOs I've played small group content (1-4 players) tends to be more relaxed, and people tend to be a bit more chill (not always of course). While I've met some really great people doing larger group content, I've also met a lot more people that end up on my ignore list.

    I"d like to run trials, but would prefer a low-key, but proficient group. Those two things do not go together.

    Yes I run trials.
    Quite a lot of players are doing trials or at least have done them once. I mean this also includes normal trials, which pretty much everyone can do difficulty wise. If we are talking about vet it gets a whole lot less. I'd say maybe 5-10% of the player base. Just take a look at the rankings. And for hardmodes and scoreruns it's under 1% I assume. The top scores are fought out between maybe 3-5 groups.

    If I hadn't heard all the horror stories on the forums I'd probably give them a go and group dungeons

    Should have options varied, like once a day, once a week, vets etc.

    Yes, that's the truth, always some baggage or drama involved at the top tier, no way around it.

    i like to do them at least once a week but unfortunately all my guilds have been quiet lately .. i might need to drop one for a guild that runs trials :(

    No I do not run trials.
    Everything I know and have seen about trials tells me I'd hate it and be completely miserable trying to do it well.

    I'll just pass. It's ok, not everything is for me. ;)

    I ran trials almost every day but quit playing the game regularly around Morrowind. If i ever get back into it, I'll always be a raider.

    I used to run trials, but the Drama and Elitism got to be too much.

    I just enjoy the team work, team building, and team achievement. It probably helps that i think drama is entertainment at its finest lol.

    I picked no, becasue I'm not sure occasional training runs on normal difficulty counts as running trials. I do enjoy larger group dynamics but... in ESO at least mechanics of gameplay are not very friendly for someone like me. i do a LOT better in games with sticky/tab targeting then games with action combat/shooter style aiming. ah well... occasional normal trials do scratch that raiding itch well enough.

    What is the point of the poll? It will not tell the OP how many run trials.

    The answer is Enough people run trials. Trials and Arenas are the most complex instances to design. They keep designing them because enough players run them to make the effort worthwhile.

    You are not gonna get a good indication of anything with this poll, most people don't run trials but they are also most likely part of the gigantic masses that are also not on the forums. Forum users are not the 1% we are the 0.1% if even that.

    I run trials, mostly because of people and fun, not really for drops. Let's face it, ESO trials are more about gathering people. They are not like Warcraft.

    I think any organised guild which is not entirely PvP focused runs them, maybe not as progression vet trials but at least the normal versions.

    They're great content for a bigger group of people and normal can be fun to relax doing.
