I find that in most MMOs I've played small group content (1-4 players) tends to be more relaxed, and people tend to be a bit more chill (not always of course). While I've met some really great people doing larger group content, I've also met a lot more people that end up on my ignore list.4 -

✭✭Yes I run trials.Quite a lot of players are doing trials or at least have done them once. I mean this also includes normal trials, which pretty much everyone can do difficulty wise. If we are talking about vet it gets a whole lot less. I'd say maybe 5-10% of the player base. Just take a look at the rankings. And for hardmodes and scoreruns it's under 1% I assume. ✭✭✭✭✭No I do not run trials.I picked no, becasue I'm not sure occasional training runs on normal difficulty counts as running trials. I do enjoy larger group dynamics but... in ESO at least mechanics of gameplay are not very friendly for someone like me. i do a LOT better in games with sticky/tab targeting then games with action combat/shooter style aiming. ah well... occasional normal trials do scratch that raiding itch well enough.dirty worthless casual.

The answer is Enough people run trials. Trials and Arenas are the most complex instances to design. They keep designing them because enough players run them to make the effort worthwhile.
