Maintenance for the week of April 6:
• [COMPLETE] ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – April 8, 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC) - 6:00PM EDT (22:00 UTC)
Went and crafted and purchased some cheap pieces for my sub 50 level toon that I hadn't PVPed with before but I wanted to get him some AP. Had to create a build for his skills also rather than have stuff slotted with training gear for leveling.
For my mag warden I made her a set of julianos. 2 heavy impen and the rest light infused. Sharp lighting staff and defending resto. Elegant jewelry because it was the easiest to get.
5 piece soulshine all properous trait because if I die I want my body to be eaiser to see by the rezzers and when I kill another player I want to get more gold when I loot them.
I have 1 dagger cuz I couldn't afford a second and it has the powered trait because I want to be more powerful.
This build works pretty well but my teammates keep dying even though I use repentance on them.
While Stamplar I simply used my same Gold-Improved PvE tank gear (Tava's, Akaviri Dragonguard, Bloodspawn), but replaced some skills on my second bar for a Bow equip.
After respeccing again to Healplar, I crafted a complete set of Purple-Improved Impenetrable gear that I use to heal in (Julianos, Seducers).
Update: Destructive Mage might work better if I had teammates who knew to watch for me heavy-attacking and follow up with their own heavy attacks, but with the chaos of disorganized zergs it didn't make any difference at all.
However, I have discovered the joy of cloaking up to enemy siege and burning it before people even know I'm there, so the magblade experiment has had some fun sides.
Same gear I've used for a for a year and half or more for all content. Forget what it is...

I ended up using an experimental combo that seemed to be so powerful that I'm seriously considering making it my primary PvP gear set...
Ice Hearts x2...
Vampire Lord x5...
War Maiden x5...
It is more of a Glass Canon than I usually play, and it definitely lacks support (something else I typically build with), but man...this build sure can kill.

2p Tremorscale, 5p Seventh Legion, 5p Knight Slayer. 7 Heavy Armor, Sword and Shield, Sword was Infused with Oblivion Enchant. Heavy attack weaved with pierce armor, did in most opponents while still being really tanky. This was on a Dunmer DK.
Also for those that talked about it, swarm mother is amazing for some tamks to use in PvP, works wonders in seiges and large fights.
