    The timer for the werewolf ultimate is still messing up.

    It's currently not resetting the timer if you end the transformation early. This means you will often get seconds at best during your next transformation.

    On live it's also been bugging out in high lag situations. This bug causes you to not transform or gain access to the werewolf skill bar even though the ultimate is spent. What's worse is that since there's no visual cues, and no timer, the player just sees their normal figure, and can't even use their normal class skills or weapon swap. The only fix is to hit the ultimate button again as even death and a respawn does not fix it.

    So whats the difference of Surge's change compare to live version ?
    Is it buff or nerf?
    I think Surge in the live sever already follow the higher critical chance to do Critical damage .

    My copied toon is max level and is missing 3 levels in Racial Skill line. I am now 47/50, missing the last passive.

    Edit: also tested on PTS toon, seems that Heavy attacks don't proc enchantments.

    My character took The Lady from Stonefalls Mundus Stone. I saw that the boon was listed in the character window and that her resistances had increase by about 4000. Nice.

    On zoning to Deshaan by Navigator she lost the boon. This was shown in the character screen, her resistances had dropped and the boon was not listed in active affects.

    I repeated this by returning to Stonefalls, and taking The Lady boon again. I checked the character screen to make sure the boon was listed and that her resistances had increased again. I then travelled to Mournhold by way shrine. My character lost the boon again.

    Forceful damage should be based off of non-crit value. It should then have a chance to crit (IMO) Otherwise it'll stack multiplicatively, which could be an issue down the road.

    Radiant Aura (Morph of Restoring Aura) is still an 28m AOE Taunt even thou Wrobel has always said there will be no AOE Taunts in ESO... so can we get this fixed, it shouldn't be hard surely.

    Even some feedback on it saying you are aware would be great too.

    Problem with shadow image: You can teleport to another person's shadow if you both have it on the ground and you use the teleport.
    This occurs for friendly as well as enemy shadow images and happens randomly.
    Please fix this and the bug that you are not teleported to your shade.

    This bug was for so long. You teleport to last placed shade in range from your alliance. I didn't have any issue to teleport to enemy shadow.

    I had the issue on live server yesterday where i teleported into a zerg i tried to escape. my shade was on a rock and there were no friendly people around.

    Everyone runs the same clipping rotations against any target be it tank, nuker, warrior, rogue.
    If a player cancels an attack in order to avoid/block incoming hits, hers/his attack should not register damage. That is true reactive.

    If it doesn't takes skill, why are there people out there who win every fight against other players who don't use AC? There is skill involved but that's something that you don't understand until you do it frequently and in conjunction with burst combos.
    This form of combat is more reactive than the one you proposed because as long as you attack someone he can't do anything so it is only reactive for their one being on defence while you can just spam skills being offensively and win every fight. With the current system the attacker has to make decisions if he can still fully focus on attack or if he is low enough on health to fear a burst from the enemy.
    This isn't the game for you, it will never change the way you want it to and it would be better if you go on and have fun in another game and not trying to ruin the fun for the ones who enjoy this game

    I'd suggest you stop telling people to take their money out of ESO and find "a game that suits them" unless you can replace the loss of income to ZOS.

    Reposting on the official bug thread:
    I have confirmed that Minor Slayer is indeed NOT WORKING at all on the PTS. I cast Liquid Lightning on the target dummy and on a dungeon boss with both the 3 piece Master Architect and with switching the 3rd piece for an identical quality non set piece. The damage was exactly the same in both cases

    There is an issue with enchants not proccing on heavy attacks. Affected are dual wield, one hand and shield and two handed.

    After the fix where creeping ravage poison effects (small dot over long duration) werent working last patch. They now work twice as good. Meaning each second the creeping ravage procs twice (14hits in 6sec duration).

    Made a report ingame, but decided to put it here too.

    Last sweep of Puncturing sweep still broken, all % based executes still broken and a DPS loss above 5% (Depending on your DPS) Please fix theese, you are basicly making Magplars (DPS) useless in trials.

    Thrive in Chaos isn't applying its damage bonus correctly. Regardless of how many enemies it hits, it only applies approximately a 3.5% boost to tooltip damage, not the 5% as stated. Using the skill on 6 target skeletons yields the same numbers as using it on a single one.

    The same thing happens with Haunting Curse, when all gear is removed, and regardless of whether or not Major Sorcery is active. I did notice that the swirling effect lasts a lot longer when hitting the large group of skeletons though.

    I don´t know if it´s a bug or intended or even already active on live servers, but eclipse seemingly reflects viper´s dots and axe bleed.
    Doesn´t sound right to me.
