[BUG] Warden's swarm skill and its morph does not proc Valkyn Scoria

That's not the issue @Bashev

Swarm (+morphs) counts as a Direct Damage ability. The bug isn't that it won't proc Skoria, but that it is not even considered a Damage over Time effect.

It procs sets like Nerien'eth, Scathing Mage, etc, though none of these are good on Mag Warden. Scathing Mage has proven to consistently be less effective on Mag Warden than Julianos, and Skoria is simply better than Nerien'eth due to buffs overtime (poor Nerien'eth got left behind )

This in turn provides you around 10% less base damage on Swarm due to how you'll need 75 points into Thaumaturge and a certain amount in Elfborn/Elemental Expert before investing in Master At Arms.

Yep, I checked later that the skill can proc Nerieneth on every tick. Sadly the delay crystal damage is not useful in PvP. I hope ZoS fix the skill soon.

Swarm is bugged, counting as Direct Damage skill rather than a DoT.

Impaling Shards has 10% less critical chance than it should. It might be that Winter's Revenge doesn't benefit from Major Prophecy. Somehow it is exactly 10% off on Winter's Revenge.

Cliff Racer can be used in a way to purposely desync enemy health bars - very unfair.

All of these need fixing. On top of this Magicka Warden needs serious DPS help in PvE.

My guess is they are going to fix these isues in the next patch (hopefully not the 3rd quarter patch.....) but are being annoyingly quiet.

@ZOS_GinaBruno I dont see a fix in the PTS patch notes neither in the live patch notes. Does ZOS work on a fix?
