Happening still. Quit using magic characters because of it. I can get by the fact the my shield goes to someone else. But can't stand the fact that if I get my own shield I still might not get healed.0 -

synnerman✭✭✭✭I first noticed thjis last week on my Magblade and have just jumped off a keep on my sorc to test 1st time healing ward did nothing second time it healed me. So its still broken and not just on magblade0

bubbygink✭✭✭✭✭Great to hear they are looking into this. I have noticed this problem as well. Also on a Magblade (could it be a magblade specific problem for some reason?) and on XBox NA. Healing ward will expire and just not heal me. I've even tested when out of combat by taking some fall damage, casting healing ward, and waiting to see if it heals when it expires - it frequently does not. I haven't been able to figure out exactly why yet - just sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't and it seems to be random. The one thing I have noticed is that typically if I cast healing ward and then mount it won't heal me when it expires - so maybe the act of mounting interferes in some way. But this glitch isn't specific to mounting as it happens in other situations too, like OP's videos show.0 -

This only happens if you animation cancel heal ward with a weapon swap or block cancel it. I've had to learn to not bar swap too quickly after casting it.Edited by Mulcibur on July 26, 2017 7:29AM1 -

That's wrong. It happens all the time no matter if you cancel it or not.

You need to cast a magicka skill while under the threshhold to proc it.0
