@TheValar85 the skill targets the lowest-health player near you who isn't an enemy, whether that is yourself or someone else. The bug isn't that it sometimes targets someone else -- if you read the ability tooltip, you'll see that that's part of the intended behavior of the skill -- but rather that sometimes the heal that's supposed to proc when the ward expires just doesn't go off.

No fix for that one yet, it's still being worked on.
