This is the best way to lose customers. You have to learn to treat your clients with respect, because the truth is that this is a huge lack of respect towards them.
Look, regardless of the fact that this absolutely should have been caught in QA (and I don't want to make any excuses, this is pretty bogus), by providing clear and concise explanations of the problem and how to reproduce it, you help the team more clearly pinpoint the problem. "It's broken" isn't helpful. By narrowing down what is and isn't broken about the process, they can look at an increasingly smaller section of the code base to figure out what's up.
And again, I'm not defending the shoddy QA. But Gina isn't the person to take it out on, jeez.

OH. MY. GOD.
It just dawned on me.
They didn't do this early access thing as a nice gesture to those who pre-ordered the expansion.
They did it to get mass testers because the closed PTS wasn't giving enough feedback.
We're not lucky pre-order players; we are guinea pigs.

If you work for a company you have to take responsibility.
This right here is a big problem. "What still appears to be broken?" If they have to ask this question they have no clue what is going on and that worries me. Did you not test the patch that just went live? I bought Morrowind for BGs. not for the Warden class, or Vvardenfell quest zone. I could care less about them.
Sorry for the delay in providing you updates about this. We are still investigating. We're having difficulty reproducing this issue on our own runs on the live console servers, but we're still digging. We may reach out to some of you for additional info and assistance.

You have to wonder sometimes whether they actually ever play their own game. smh...

No disrespect man, but I'm sure you'Re the kind of guy that goes to the garage and say « Well my car is broken and does that « cling, cling » kinda sound somewhere!!! » and you expect them to know what you'Re talking about, doesn'T help much, what Gina wanted to say is, be specific, don't just say it's broken, something to help a bit like, When i click join, my game crashes, when i join the BG, my screen freeze, when i load in BG all my action bars disapear, when i leave the BG, my toon reapear naked at the wayshrine, she didn't ask him to find the problem or solution man, just being specific as what happens
Remember, when they test a patch, they don't test the million of possible computer configs, they don't install the hundreds possible add-ons we do install and the possible combination of those third party mods that might cause issues, and there is always a difference than test local and live with thousands of members all around the world, lots of factors to take into consideration... Until june 6th it's still early-acess, so expect some stuff to happenThe day you'll go up create a game, come up with new content often and try to add content to your stuff, and the day you realeas a major patch and nothing happens, man, i'll call you God and craft you infinite life long ingame 3 stats Food.

I understand, I didn't mean any disrespect but this queue (dungeons) issue has been going on since it was implemented with no resolve and I am sure the Battleground queues were designed with the same framework. That and the hundreds of threads that explain the issue very well they should have a basic idea of what is happening and what is causing it. Am I wrong?

Battlegrounds is the focus for the criticism here not the dungeon group finder.
